“Two Saturdays ago I saw Dr. Odelugo with my very sick cat Henry. I'd never seen him before and because my regular vet Dr. Gennace is off on Saturdays and I was very concerned I saw him. I was extremely happy with his personal manner, professionalism and concern for me and my Henry. Unfortunately Henry was worse off than I thought and at Dr. Odelugo's strong suggestion I took him to an animal ER for overnight which verified what he and I feared. My poor Henry passed away at home a few days later. Both he and Dr. Gennace called to offer their condolences. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So again this week my Ziggy saw Dr. O (Dr. Gennace is on vacation) and tomorrow my Dolly will go in also. Because of what happened with Henry and because they are both showing things that concern me, I didn't want to wait until she came back. Bottom line: I am now so very grateful to have 2 wonderful veterinarians I can depend on when my pets need veterinary care. And the office staff and techs couldn't be nicer. I am very happy I decided on NAH after my long-time (42 yrs) vet retired.”

“PVH has people who care...I want to thank Dr Bauer personally for just being "him" - I am a first time dog owner. Since Kaycie was 8 weeks old, he has guided me through this incredible dog journey. "Little things" like: rub your finger in her mouth with baby food so she gets used to your finger in her mouth. Now, at four years old, she allows me to brush her teeth with no problem. I can't tell you how much I trust his advice as well as the staff for their incredible knowledgeable and love for pets. Thank you for all you do for Kaycie and the other lucky pets who scamper through your doors! :)”

“I am a long-time client of both Riverside Vet South and North. I adopted Jacques and Jolie (siblings) from RVN in 2008. My 15-yo kitty Jacques came in this week to RVS for a dental. The vet was Dr. East who has helped me in very difficult moments with my kitties - and I have to say the experience was beyond my expectations. The staff's communication was spot-on and they clearly had Jacques' best interests in mind. Dr. East (as always , so compassionate) made excellent recommendations and spent a lot of time discussing everything with me. I feel that Jacques is in the best of hands going forward (as is my new kitty Mingus!).”

My dog actually excitement-dances when we get to the hospital (the weirdo)! VB provides premium care for only a teeny-tiny bit more than franchise clinics. I'm so glad to see the practice remaining in private hands where the doctors can prioritize patient care.”

The staff is always amazing and helpful. Dr. Glennon and Dr. Corrao are the most compassionate, knowledgeable and caring doctors. They truly care about the well-being of your pet and provide you with all of the information and options, so you can work together and make an informed decision. They don’t push you to do unnecessary procedures or charge excessive amounts for things, which is something i have experienced with other vets in the past. “This place is expensive, but the people really care about you and your dog. A while back, my dog needed emergency stomach surgery and was on the verge of losing his life. I was new to New York at the time and had no family or friends to lean on, and my dog was my only support system. I just broke down and felt very hopeless, especially financially. The vets here took really amazing care of us and years later, he is still alive and well thanks to them. I can never thank the people here enough for the help and kindness they have given us.”
