The folks here are absolutely amazing! Just be patient, sometimes the line can be a bit long. This is the most friendly UPS I’ve ever been to!

Melissa has the best customer service I’ve experienced in my life! I wouldn’t go anywhere else besides her UPS store in Maywood, NJ! I wish I could give her a 20 instead of a ten. Don’t go anywhere else besides her store!

I love when I go to a place and employees are willing to help and in a good mood. Had a great experience today at this store, the guy who helped me, unfortunately I don't know his name was extremely polite and helped me with everything I needed and fast!
