Technician didn't showed me up at the appointment time without any notice. I called customer's service two hours after the appointment time, they said that there was no technician to visit finally. They don't care customer's time. Even they sent me

I have had a Hub Samsung Fridge for almost Six years. The ice maker has been repaired once and condenser has been repaired / replaced once as well. Last week the ice maker froze over and freezer stopped working. I cannot continue wasting my hard earned money on such a sub- standard refrigerator. Samsung representatives simply state that the fridge is out of warranty. Do yourself, family and friends a favor and DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG appliance again ! They take your money and will never stand behind their product.

Do not go here! This place will always find an imperfection, caused by you, which will void the warranty and you will end up paying out of pocket for the repair of your device. I have been here many times with about three to four different devices(phone) and alway the same thing.

Made me come in to the store to tell me they need to order a replacement back glass. 2 weeks ago I seta appointment for back glass replacement. I also checked with employee days before for back glass replacement. And just to be turned around from the store without even an apology. It was nice 3 hours of drive wasted and take time off the work.

I'm not sure if I have the right place but, just like trying to find someone to talk to at samsung, I also had trouble trying to review them.
So here goes. I have been trying to contact Samsung financing for days now, being on hold for hours, and finally resorting to a review. I received an email on October 9th, bright and early, about my late charge on my account from a whole day earlier. My credit record is immaculate, never a late payment. The same for this Samsung account and I usually get an email, text, phone call, etc, reminders about upcoming payment. I reviewed my emails and found no such thing.
Where is the loyalty? The grace period? The automated reminder every half hour (a bit exaggerated but you get my drift). I dislike iPhones but my loyalty to Samsung is waning because it's not reciprocated.
If Samsung financing needs my extra $25 more than I do, then so be it. But, this will be my last purchase of anything Samsung after 15 years of phones and tablets. Google here I come!

Older staff is just rude and unpleasant. About 2 weeks I called samsung because I had an issue with my phone and they told me to come to this location on a walk in. When I go i show the staff the issue and they were very pleasent but they said their repair staff only work 9-3 Monday to Saturday. Those hours conflict with my work hours. No one at any point mentioned making an appointment. They all said and walk in was fine. I was finally able to take a morning to come in and come in at 9:35. An older guy comes up to me an ask me if I was getting helped and I explained i was looking for the repair person. He was immediately annoyed over the fact that I didn't have an appointment. I explained samsung said to do a walk-in. He dismissed anything I said and when I tried to ask questions he acted like I was being difficult. He was condescending when he spoke to me and would not listen to my question. He took my info down and said that I have a wait of about an hour and a half. Said that I could leave, and they would give me a call. I asked once they called me, how much time I would have to show up (so I can go run some errands around the area) He basically said they would not wait. I need to immediately appear. Then why are you telling me to leave and come back???
I stayed around the area for about an hour and a half and never received a call. In fact, its been 8 hours since and not a single call. I had to talk to samsung customer service.

Great service it took 4 hours to repair my screen. Went first thing in the morning was done by one pm prices are expensive.

I downloaded an update on my phone and unfortunately, it stayed in SafeMode. Worked with the online help desk to no avail and had to travel 40 min to this location for a complete reset. I didn't get all of my apps back which was time consuming to download & reinstall. Great customer service overall.

NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG!! ANY!!!
I've been having a headache with them for two years now, I bought a Samsung monitor for $800 each for cash and they both were not working properly, after sent twice to service center, problem was not been fixed. It’s flickering, black screen, etc. Calling and wasting your time with a customer service for up to 40 min every time, will not help at all!!!! Customer service listening to your problem, at the end you will get oh sorry for that, just words. Nothing else! I did everything to help them and myself to solve the issue. Noone cares. How still they are in business, wondering! You know what, after many times talking to customer service they provided a voucher of 30$, are you kidding me? 30$?
P.S. Samsung replies me, we do not work with monitors at this location!! Feel and try to understand the logic, there is no way other to post my problem. Your manager or someone who is the main executive in the company must pay attention on this post. Dont post fake notes like we are only taking care of phones or bla bla bla. Try to help, if you are a kind person who replies to this message, go and tell it to someone who really cares of their customers. Otherwise just ignore it.

Excellent service
