Went and had the vet take a look at my cat for maybe 10 minutes and tell me "everything looks okay we'll send you home with some wipes" whenever I brought up an issue like more scabs appearing he would dismiss it by saying "she was probably scratching her other scabs and scratched too hard" or "we can run a biopsy" which I think is just insane that it's either she's okay go home with wipes or pay for a biopsy. We paid $170 dollars, went home and found fleas on her. How does a vet not notice fleas and immediately jumps to biopsy instead.
I just spoke with Shelby and she was so helpful and very understanding. Really went out of her way to help me and my cat and I appreciate it so much. I don't know what she is getting paid but it is not enough.

I TRULY REGRET BRINING MY DOG TO THIS CLINIC, HE WAS ALLOWED TO DIE UNDER THIER NEGLIGENT CARE. I brought my 10 year old German Shephard Dean to the clinic to have a dental extraction. Three days after the procedure, i called the clinic to inform them he had excessive drooling, restlessness and poor appetite. I was told as long as he was attempting to eat and drink he did not have to be seen because he was probably just "nauseous". That was on a Friday, and was told if he did not improve to bring him on Monday. I brought him in Monday and he was seen by a vet we never met before. She informed us that he was nauseous and dehydrated and she treated him for those symptoms. Even though, the excessive drooling is a hallmark sign of bloat. I requested an X-ray just to confirm and she replied "he doesn't need one". His gums were not healing and he was scheduled the following day with a different vet we never met who sutured a flap in his gums. Again, there was no X-ray or lab work and apparently there was a total mis communication between the two vets. He continued to have the excessive salvation and restlessness. I trusted their diagnosis because they are board certified vets, and three days later, he was vomiting blood. We immediately brought him to the clinic and then finally an X-ray was done, which indicated severe bloat/GDV. Oradell Animal hospital was called and they prepared him for emergency surgery. Pre operatively they drew his blood which indicated signs of very high ALT/AST and lactate which is indicative of liver and organ failure. The surgeon suspected that this was going on for a while. The literature states with early diagnosis there is an eighty precent survival rate with no treatment it is one hundred precent fatal. Immediately after the first incision Dean went into cardiac arrest and resuscitative efforts failed and he died. I never received a follow up call from the clinic even though he was sent emergently to Oradell. When i made an appointment to speak to the original vet who did the dental work she told me she would have obtained an X-ray when we brought him in with our original concerns. The vet who refused the X-ray was unsympathetic and basically defiant. I filed a claim against the clinic and they immediately lawyered up. The case was dismissed without judgment because animals are considered property and do not have the same rights as humans. I whole heartedly regret not brining Dean to another group of vets for a second opinion. Please if you care about your pet, do not make the same mistake i made.

I like the caring nature of everyone. I also like that as you were assessing my dog I was brought a cost assessment of what the possible fees would be so that I wasn’t surprised when I checked out.

They fitted in both of my dogs quickly, they respected my dogs' needs, they helped my dogs feel better and stay calm. They did not try to sell me unnecessary services.
