The workers to dry cars are always in a rush every time and my car is always wet in the bottom and gets dirty once I leave that place. The workers do half of the job and leave things still dirty or wet. When you ask them to clean or dry a spot, they are in a rush. I am going to look for another car wash.

Bought a battery here a year ago. Woke up this morning and my car wouldn’t start so I had to jump start it. I brought my car here and they checked it without any hassle and diagnosed the problem and fixed it and didn’t charge me. Great group of mechanics.

Stopped in for my regular oil change today. I get free maintenance on my vehicle at the dealership, but I choose to come here and pay for my oil change because of the outstanding service, discount with car wash membership

I have only been at Jax since I moved to Hackensack 3 years ago. I am going to find another place . When I went for my oil change the guy gave me a horrible attitude when I declined not to fix all he said was wrong with the car . The car is new there are no problems. I went in today for a complete wash including tires to be shine . I noticed tires were dull like no shine was done . When I told a few workers they said it was done by machine . Meanwhile 3 other cars where outside getting tires shined . I said I paid for tires to be shine and that’s what I want too . The guy gave me an attitude and talking to me like he was arguing . I paid my $30 which they said included the shine and I had to fight for it . Searching for another place .

Absolutely do NOT get any work to your car done here unless it’s a car wash. Got an oil change/car wash done and they destroyed my engine. Zero accountability and zero contact almost a month later. They will not not honor the bottom of the receipt. Again, DO NOT get any work done here.

My wife took the car to be washed, it was very dirty (super dirty) after traveling to the beach, even our baby had spilled juice and it dried on the back seat, leaving a yellow mark. According to what she tells me, the car turned out quite acceptable, but regarding the juice stain, they told her to put soap on it to remove it. Let's see if we understand that we pay for the car washing service so that you can do that job, not so that you can tell me how to do it. If you are dedicated to explaining, open an online advice page or make tutorials on YouTube. Good day.

Spent almost $40 and the car was not cleaned inside and outside. There are still mud splashes on the carpets, and pockets inside. There are finger prints on the glasses and dashboard was not touched. The car wasn’t wiped down and there are water marks on the exterior
