Watch your cash. Gave register three twenties and he asked for 30 cents. I told him i would run to my car outside the door and when i returned no change I asked him and he was checking register tab. Was wasting my time. He was a young kid that done this before. He could of asked for my number if his drawer was over but dud not .Usually the older man who was not there is nice but this twenty year old was a theft.

This place never scans the bottles so they probably charge us more than the price that is placed on the shelf. Last week I purchased the whisky bottle and its price was 94.99 but when I went to the cashier, he charged me $107.15. I complained about it and he got so nervous. He went to see the price and it was $94.99. Then he removed the price tag and rewrite on it and corrected the price with $99.99. he was like oh sorry the price is $99.99. I said, but still it cannot be $107.15 because 7% sales tax plus $99.99 is not $107.15. I noticed this long time ago but I never said anything to them. Just be very careful and make sure you do your math before you pay anything in this store. I live in this town and I didn’t want to say anything for a long time but I’m sure I’m not the only one who noticed this cheating… shame on you Hollywood liquors

This was the most amazing liquor store I have ever visited in my entire life. They had an exquisite arrangement of beers and liquors which satisfied my needs!! I really enjoyed the scenery with the cool parrot that was chilling in the store and the amazing employees. I was approached by one that asked if I needed any help. to which I replied that would be very kind and they helped me along my journey through the store. It smelled very nice in the establishment and was a very clean space. Hollywood Liquors in Maywood is literally the only place I visit every day because it is the only place I want to be. This is not because i am a raging alcoholic, by the way, I just love their store so much! Thank you Hollywood liquor for helping me with your affordable liquor and beautiful staff. Wow when i first walked into the doors I was mesmerized by the selection I could Chose from!!! The Aisles were stocked with only the finest beverages to part take from!!! The store also had an amazing bird that stood on my shoulder while I looked around, making me feel like Jack Sparrow. The staff was very friendly and I Felt like I was part of the family there!!! I would definitely recommend this shop and I will continue to go here every day!!!
