Very disappointed with the process, final numbers were not ready a day before closing. Fees are ridiculous; not to mentioned that at closing we found out that the loan will be serviced by Fairway Mortgage, our previous lender. If we would have known about it, we would have gone through Fairway directly. I don’t recommend this lender to anyone. If you want a lender, speak with your bank or a different direct lender like Fairway or others not a third party.

high closing costs and fees - loan estimate kept changing to a higher number- all that process and headache to find out our mortgage was eventually transferred to Fairway mortgage- had we known we would've went directly thru Fairway which they would've given us closing discounts etc- I would not recommend Classic mortgage to anyone .

Laura is the worst. She constantly has “clients” when she scheduled a phone call with you, blows it off and expects you to answer whenever she calls. People work also and just because you sell million dollar homes does not mean you should treat a first time home buyer (who needs the most information as it is all new these clients). If you question anything she says she takes immediate offense to it and accuses you of questioning her intelligence. I got a second option and she had a huge issue when it is actually recommended to “shop around” and get intel from other just as successful (way more polite) loan officers. She expects you to do all the work, and should lay off the photo shoots and actually look at the same documents you will submit multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. All over the place.

Classic Mortgage is amazing, this is the second time we've use them. Laura is amazing always so very helpful I couldn't have done any of it without her. Gina is so patient and explains everything in such detail. Daniel was always a big help as.I would highly recommend. they are always readily available to help.

I have been sending my clients to Laura Moritz at Classic Mortgage for almost 20 years. Selling over 50 homes per year I run across many Mortgage Brokers. Laura stands out from all the rest. Her knowledge ( Laura is actually a Licensed Banker) is beyond the scope of any other Mortgage Broker I have dealt with. She also works 24/7 to make miracles happen for her clients. Trust me and trust Laura.

I have worked with Laura Moritz on many many deals as a real estate agent. I would absolutely recommend her to all of my clients. I think that she is the best in the business. Every single client of mine that has worked with her always says what a positive experience it was. She is fast, efficient, and extremely professional. Keep up the great work Laura. Your amazing!

We recently closed on a home where we chose Classic Mortgage as our lender, and it was a horrific experience. We basically had to do their job for them. We only made it through closing by prodding and dragging their entire team across the finish line. It was absolutely exhausting. If you choose them, be prepared to: be ignored, have phone calls and messages not returned, send the same document five or more times, and drag them through every single milestone. I have no idea how they are still in business. Classic Mortgage LLC is the creme de la creme of incompetence. Choose another lender.

I’ve recently had the displeasure of working with Laura Moritz on my home loan. I have never worked on a home loan with anyone who is as disrespectful and demeaning as her. I’m supposed to be the customer and be treated with respect but this woman knows nothing about respect. We got to the point where I didn’t even want to answer her calls or ask her any questions because every time we did we were verbally attacked. I would not recommend doing business with this woman because it was a very unprofessional and unpleasurable situation.

Classic Mortgage was able to assist me in getting a mortgage a few months ago and held my hand through the whole process. The mortgage needed to be done quickly and they delivered as promised. I cant say enough about the Classic Mortgage team. Each step of the way I was communicated with and they explained every single thing they were doing so I would understand it fully. You don't see top notch service like this everyday. They went above and beyond what any other mortgage provider did for me. Thank you once again.
