I had a few watches that needed replacement batteries as well as I needed a custom band to be fitted on an alternate watch. Rich, the Owner, is very personable and knowledgeable. I had an antique diamond ring from the UK, and it needed to be sized and restored. Rich did an excellent job restoring it, and gave me a certificate for it too. He is very patient and personable.
