“Love store and merchandise, service was below 1. I enter the store nobody was visible and said: there is anybody here? twice . No reply, associate was behind the counter on her phone. No hi, welcome or anything when I ask her how are you. Anybody could've wiped all the merchandise at the front tables and she couldn't have noticed. Late morning early afternoon visit on July 3rd. “Went to return an online order today. Brenda, the sales associate, commented on the nice color of the shoes. I told her I really liked the shoes too but the sale price was still too high (buyer's remorse), so I decided to return them.
Normally, a sale associate will do just what you ask & you go on your way. Well, Brenda went beyond what was expected. She mentioned that the shoes had a better sales price today. I was so appreciative. She did a return & I bought the shoes at the NEW SALES price... Total blessing.”
