Ryan and Lauren are really amazing. They both helped me figure out which bed was the right match for me. They helped show me more about the beds and told me what makes sleep number special. Lauren was super amazing and friendly. She has a smile that lights up a dark room. Ryan is fantastic. He was such a good, polite, helpful passionate person. I would highly recommend this store location to many friends and family!

They company is a disgrace in customer service. I have purchased two beds. When I bought my King in 2018 I waited a month for them to fix it. So that means I’m sleeping on the foundation! Now I have a deflated chamber again and waiting 3 weeks so far to get them out here. They are the worst for satisfaction of their products. I did love the bed when it works, but the bad over takes the good times. Don’t buy these beds. Not worth the headaches

Avoid this bed at ALL costs!! Warranty is ONLY ONE YEAR!!! After that- prorated. My son and daughter in law paid $6000 for a bed (on sale) and had the SAME problem for 2 years. They will string you along with “try this” fix until your year is up. Then they charge you for parts and service- even have YOU do the technician work. Most awful customer service/ warranty EVER!!

Review is based on bed. The bed has been a problem since purchased, the customer service help line never answered during covid. The quality is poor, not at all worth the money The personnel at Mays Landing store were nice, helpful but very limited in a full resolve. Hope this helps someone truly compare instead of getting caught up in hype.

My advice is to stay away from this company. Sales people in the May's Landing store are incompetent and what they say is nothing but lies. The people at the main customer service number are not any better. My advice if you are looking for a bed I'd to go to Ashley Furniture. The bed is better and the sales people are great.

We saw Excellent reviews in the Mays Landing Store, so we wanted to go there. Now I know why they were Excellent reviews. Stephen who worked there greeted us very professionally and nice, and then we had Lauren our saleswoman help us find our perfect Sleep Number bed! She was very knowledgeable of all the beds, very professional and nice as well, and did not pressure us! We are very happy with our purchase, and can't wait for the bed to arrive! The price was very, very reasonable! 5 stars for the store and employees! Rick and Daria ?

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Twice now they have set up appointments to install the bed and both times, they either were missing parts and could not install or just did not show up. The first time they came without the needed parts and said that they would have to come back in one month. Today they were supposed to be here by noon and never showed and after multiple phone calls, I finally got a callback that their truck broke down. OK, sure. Not only did they not calm, they are now saying that they cannot come back for another four weeks to drop off the bed. This place is an absolute mess. Don’t spend your money here. HORRIBLE. And I have a vast social network in South Jersey in the real estate community due to my job and will make sure that this message gets to thousands of people through social media. To make us takeoff work and not show up as one thing. To tell me now that we have to wait another one month for delivery is inexcusable. I will do everything in my power to make sure this message gets to everyone I know

So I bought a Sleep Number for my parents who ended up not liking it, I called to return and possibly find something better but apparently the 100 day trial is only for the mattress and not the frame something that wasn't shared with me at the store so now I'm stuck paying for a bed I don't like. Before you guys buy a bed just know the return policy they have isn't what they make it seem like also there's a $200 dollar return fee another thing that wasn't shared with me at the store just don't make the same mistake I made I have to live with it now but just so you have the proper information about their return policy before you shop.
