“My bf and me love this location. For the most part everyone is so helpful and friendly. I am writing this today though because of a recent incident. I was misinformed by a different rep and when I was notified of this in the store I was clearly not happy. However, sales rep Daniel and manager Jessica did everything they could to apologize for what I was told by someone else, explain the reason and helped make the situation right. Not only did Daniel stay late to help but he also took the time to follow up. He was very informative and helpful as well. I appreciate both him and Jessica doing what they could for me. Jessica even helped her again a second time when I was not happy with an option. will continue to use this location as my go to ATT. Great management and people.”
