“I was trying to locate a specific makeup foundation for my mom and had called numerous stores. Every place I contacted told me it was sold out and just said “sorry.” When I reached out to the beauty department and spoke with Felicia Caston, she not only took my number but said she would follow up with me. Honestly, I expected the usual “sorry, we don’t have it” — but to my surprise, she called me back within 15 minutes. She let me know which stores still had the item and even explained that I could get it shipped for free. She was genuinely kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. I’m so glad I got to speak with her. I wish more representatives were like Ms. Caston in beauty dept.”
