Hands-down, this is the most dysfunctional big lots location I’ve ever been to. And I have been to many. They never have the sale price listed in store that go out in the circular and getting help is almost nonexistent. If you place an online order forget it they will never fill it. They sometimes cancel it because they are too lazy. Once in a while when they do fill the online order, it takes like two days when other stores take like an hour. One time we got an online order that had cookies in it and they gave us a chips ahoy package that was open and they ate some of it. We think this was done on purpose bc we called them to complain. Another time I called to find out what was going on with the online order and they told me they were busy so we went to the store and everyone was just sitting around texting and no customers were there. This place needs a complete overhaul.

Paid for a warranty for furniture. The table came damage , went to use warranty to exchange item and cause the prices went up on everything there they want me to not only pay the extra for the table but pay for another warranty. There is a defect in the table but yet I have to be responsible to pay more!! Will not buy furniture from here again. The warranty is worthless

I walked around to take a look, I picked up a few things, but when I got to the register, I asked a hair tool. The cashier didn't think that they had it, but asked the floor staff who quickly brought it to the register.

Online order was canceled. Drove 45 minutes to pick up items that weren't in stocks. No offer of resolution. Was told to go to another store to pick up items. Now I gotta pay again and wait for a refund on the order they canceled. Highly inconvenient
