“I love the staff at this bank. Everyone know who I am, they are always polite. They greet me by my name, They go out of their way to make me feel Comfortable at their bank. If I have any issues Lisa has always made sure that she helps to find a solution quickly. I can't even imagine going to another bank. I am so glad I decided to bank with TD and that the closest one is in Somers Point NJ. The entire staff there is absolutely amazing!”
“Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. EHT TD has been phenomenal with not only me (new customer) but my mother and grandmother for years. I came in to do a wire transfer and without surprise, the bank was packed. The teller at the front was kind enough to step away to assist me with the sign in process. I was then greeted by Jessica, one of the customer service reps. Not only was she extremely helpful and thoughrough, she's also extremely polite and understands how to communicate with her customers. Without delay, she proceesed my wire transfer, fast tracked / set me up with my debit card and meticulously went through every detail to ensure I understood every bit. Thanks to you and some of your colleagues, EHT will be my go to branch to visit.”

“I didn't know where else to post a review. I'm not actually a Bank of America customer, but my Mother in Law was. We are now attempting to set up an Estate account. It's been a crazy process, and today when going into the Somers Point location we were holding our breath. No one likes to have to do this stuff, and the experience with someone over the phone and through email with the Estate department was less than satisfactory. However, today we could not have been more impressed with the level of service we were provided. Reina (I hope I spelled that correctly) was just fabulous. And her manager was so accommodating. Do we have to go back? Yes, but at least we aren't dreading it, and are actually looking forward to seeing them again. Thank you so much for helping us through an incredibly difficult process!”

“I been with PNC for the longest, I got my family members and friends to join. I like the bank and its convenient as far as ATMs go. Just one negative situation I had about 3 weeks ago now. I had just gotten out of the hospital with I V marks an both my arms. I had not eaten or drank much after 48 hours. I understand that maybe I was confused as a drug addict or something. I all wanted that day was to get a replacement debit card. Instead of taking 4 minutes it took 20. I really did not have the energy to say anything to drain me even more. I had to log into my app to try to gain access to my account number. I had my NJ driver license and PNC debit card. I was told they could not find me in the system. I was with my kids and they started to get inpatient. Never did I ever had this problem. I felt discriminated. Maybe the older lady was having a bad day and made mines terrible. When I see the person I just don't even want to go to her. I rather use The drive through. Never had a problem there.”
