Walgreens is generally a great store. Cashiers are not well trained in my opinion. Seniors often have Medicare and have discount or free otc cards. Your people should be trained to use the hand held scanner for various tenders before they deal with customers.

outside parking lot is always dirty no one maintains the property, do not like going into stores that are not kept clean, not a good look. Parking lot and bushes need to be kept up and cleaned on a regular basis for it's customers.

Horrible service from Amber D.
Register and sticker price rang out 2 different amounts. Cashier messed up in register doesn't ask him and acts like it's my fault and not her cashier Aidan. Rips tag off shelf then places a phone call to someone. Has it like I have wrecked her life because she asked if she was not going to honor the price. I can not believe she would be in charge of a store, let alone leading any employees. Horrible customer service.
Claims there is not a money difference between $36.00 (over charged me) and $26.00 and change. Where did she go to school that she cannot understand simple math. Not even hard. I even type it on the calculator so she would get it and still couldn't grab the concept the store over charged me.

Shopping today was very pleasant. Had to have help getting meds that are behind the glass wall and the ‘guy with the key’ was very friendly….and when I checked out, I encountered a new cashier Chauncey who was very nervous and he was being helped by Mimi (I think that is her name). Despite his being new, he was friendly and we had a couple laughs as he maneuvered his way thru the transaction. All in all, a nice experience shopping for COVID meds…prob best part of my day!

Something happened at the pharmacy at the store and I wish they were more forthcoming with information about it. The pharmacy is currently closed on Sundays. It seems like the auto refill is randomly shut off. When a prescription is filled, I get three to four phone calls everyday until I pick them up. Sometimes there's minimal staff in the pharmacy and I've had their store manager actually ring up my prescriptions before. The rest of the store is great, but since I'm coming here specifically for my prescriptions it's going to be bringing the entire score down unfortunately.

Horrible pharmacy. I moved and have had to use this particular location. The prescriptions are never ready. They do not care about the people. Always make you wait no matter what time you come here. I called 2 hours ago for my sons prescription and when I got there it’s still was not ready after they told me it would be. Poor kid in and out of the car while sick! They didn’t even apologize….just acted like I was the problem. Time to move on.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy branch that I have ever experienced. Impossible to get accurate information over the phone from the pharmacy techs, multiple incidents of them not filling prescriptions accurately and causing insurance issues. Repeatedly getting stuck going days without medicine because of staff incompetence. If you have complicated medical issues or a multitude of prescriptions, I would not recommend going here. It will only make your life more difficult.

I have been a long-time customer of Walgreens. The pharmacist Danielle is more concerned with placing blame than filling prescriptions. She kept interrupting me to answer questions that I never asked. Didn't even hear what I said. Will never go back to Walgreens. Rude, incompetent staff that doesn't do their one job- fill prescriptions.

Placed a photo order. Received notification that order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the order was not ready and the store was out of stock on a material needed for the photo order. Manager Danielle and associate were looking for item upon my arrival. The manager left it up to the associate to handle. She never came from the backroom even after the associate named that I was there to pick up an order that was not fulfilled. I was told to place the order again for a different Walgreens. A task that they were also unable to assist with. Poor customer service on their part. Poor management on Danielle's.

You will find everything you need for the most part. Anything regarding your health you will find. Associates there are very pleasant.
