I’ve shipped packages at many different places and the Matawan UPS Store and its staff are by far the best I’ve ever encountered, especially Youssef and Chris. Time and time again these guys all go above and beyond..whether it’s helping track down a missing package or running after a driver to make sure your package gets on the last truck, this team is simply the best. Their service and friendliness made me decide I will only be using UPS for my shipping needs moving forward. Keep up the excellent work gentlemen.

I noticed complaints about the young boys in the store. Well one in particular who's very curt and unprofessional.They tell me there's no wifi in the store because of corporate ups. If that's the case maybe it's time to step up ups. I literally had to walk over to Starbucks to get my second code to open from Amazon. The skinny kid with short back hair and glasses deleted the first code after I returned with the second code... I was like why? No response. Last time I come here too.
