This review is long overdue- I have worked with John Mac on over 4 mortgages. I can't say enough good things about John as a loan officer and a person. From start to finish, John has been a standout professional. His promptness is second to none—he's always quick to respond and kept things moving smoothly, which made the entire process less stressful. His availability was another major plus; no matter the time or day, he was there to answer questions and offer guidance. There was an issue with my paperwork and I sent him an email- he called me 10 minutes later- from the airport, heading to his honeymoon.
What really sets John apart, though, is his chill demeanor. He has a way of making even the most complex mortgage details seem manageable and straightforward. He is not pushy or overbearing,
If you’re looking for someone who combines efficiency with a relaxed, friendly manner, John Mac is the mortgage provider you want. Highly recommended!

John is very knowledgeable and smart. He was such a tremendous help through out the buying process . If it wasn't for him and his team we would have pro not closed on the house we did. He is great with numbers and will never put clients in a house that could potentially make em house poor. John is for his clients and went above and beyond for us including his team. Tide water is the group of people you want on your buying team to assist you .

The person that helped me was Joe Lombardi he was amazing since the very beginning. It’s been difficult for me to get a good rate from a company that doesn’t take advantage. Joe was able to help me get the best interest right now on this crazy market, he walked me through the whole process. It was amazing his availability I called him night and day and he was able to pick up and attend me with priority. We close a week before the due date making the process a lot easier and smoother honestly really recommend him for your next house. It was amazing to work with him he is really knowledgeable as well. His priority and work ethic is what you expect and more.
