Literally terrible. There's a 50% chance the guy won't even come out to serve you. Had to drive off now the 6th time because he didn't see us sitting there for 10 minutes. If you don't like your job, find something else.

I went to get a grill tank and the attendant didn’t help me place the tank in my car or lift my old one on the shelf. His mother didn’t raise him right. He made a woman do it!

I've known Richie for over 20 years and there isn't another mechanic on earth I would trust more with my vehicle. It's not just because I know him to be a man of high standards and integrity and also a man of faith who is held accountable for his word...but especially because he is that I trust him. Anyone who has dealt with the angst that comes from feeling that they've been jerked around by their mechanic because of their own ignorance needs to put those feelings aside. Richie and his crew are not just technically astute they're also "Car Guys" that love what they do. There's a big difference when you know your car is in those kind of hands. My car actually wags its tail when it sees Richie because it knows it's gonna be taken care of.

Stopped tonight after you closed and Joe helped us. We had had our oil changed elsewhere on the day and they tore the gasket for the oil filter. Joe was kind enough to help us after closing. Thank you very much for your assistance.

The mechanics are professional, courteous, and trustworthy. The prices and repair costs are better than any of the big name places......we saved over $200 by going there instead of our car dealer! Joe B. Is one the best mechanics around!
