I had a consultation with Cori prior to scheduling my appointment. I told her that I thought my hair was too blonde and looked all one color; it no longer looked like I had highlights. She suggested both highlights and lowlights, which I agreed to. She ended up giving me too many lowlights and my hair came out much too dark. I went back to her and she suggested putting a glaze on my hair. It didn’t do much of anything, so she put another glaze on my hair, which turned it a reddish/orange. I was stuck with this color over a long holiday weekend, where I had to cancel all my plans. I called the salon and told Cori’s mother that my hair was a reddish/orange. Cori was going to be gone for the next 3-4 days, so I was stuck with this color, which was absolutely devastating. I decided not to go back to Cori after speaking to a few professionals who didn’t understand why she would put a glaze on my hair to offset the lowlights, when all she had to do was put more highlights in my hair. I had to live with this color for a week until 10th & Vine came to my rescue. I should have gone to them first; they did a spectacular job in correcting my hair color. Cori refused to give me a refund; I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Perhaps when Cori gains more experience as a business owner, she will learn how to treat her clients. I did, however, like the haircut she gave me; perhaps she should stick to cutting, not coloring. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I booked my first appointment at studio 34. Cory and her mom were so pleasant! ? Cory listened to exactly what I asked for and provided excellent service! Highlights and haircut came out beautiful ? I will definitely be a returning client!

Absolutely love my new haircut! Showed her my hair inspiration and Cori perfectly executed what I wanted. Her and her mother could not have been sweeter and even offered coffee and cookies!

Great Salon! Owner and Staff are very friendly. I felt very comfortable there and Wendy did and amazing job of coloring and cutting my hair! Everyone there is an amazing hair stylist!

Stylist: Cori is great, I love my cut & blow out, Cori is the shop owner a great accomplishment at a young age, Cori’s Mom helps run the shop, they both have a great friendly & warm personality. I highly recommend making an appointment here.

Cori the owner, cut my hair on April 26. Hoping to get trim,. I was impressed with her personality. BUT. My haircut is Chopped on one side Doesn't blend with other side
My friends noticed it has well. Returned next day with my concerns. I met with woman on April 27. Who asked me, if I used enough
Product on that side.? She couldn't cut shorter because it will stick up even more.Each day I should wet.it, blow dry it, to have that side lay flat.. use more product. She called Cori she couldn't see me to 1pm. I declined. Because of my schedule. Then I received call about 1 hour later to come in. NOT FROM Cori. I was driving to my destination I again declined Trust is gone.
I wonder ? if she doesn't think I would notice. Because I am 75.year old and who cares. Any way. I Do..
Sorry you , feel that way , you can't handle Truth. My mistake, should of asked for my money back. . Do you always call people Karen that don't agree with you.?
Your tone voice shows me. You have done this before other people. That don't agree with you. Does Better Business Bureau know you talk this.way to Customers.

First time there today i worked with marie she did a great job understanding what i wanted even though i have no clue how to explain hair styling! Was quick and efficient but precise! Cori worked with my daughter who has very curly hair, did a great job. Both every sweet , friendly comfortable environment , and affordable! We both walked out felling refreshed, Will definitely be back. I would recommend others check them out too.

Had a truly AMAZING first experience at studio 34 Cori and Maria were extremely tentative to my concerns ,wants and expectations... I went for a complete change and they gave me exactly that plus more!! So glad I found Salon 34….I’ve been there a few times now for color/cut and the owner, Cori does my hair. The salon is always clean & neat and everyone there is always friendly and welcoming. Cori does a great job, and she’s a real sweetheart as well! She’s very meticulous and makes sure that you’re completely happy when she’s finished.
