Been to better places. Rude service. Guy leaves before the hours of service. Kicks people out all the time. Over priced. I'd rather buy elsewhere than give my business to this guy.

this place's smell is infesting the walls of nearby businesses, including some amazing local restaurants. it is a huge problem that has been neglected and unaddressed for years. you can smell this place from the minute you enter this plaza. it is a major concern. i have no problem with smoke shops in general, but Smoker's Haven needs to contain the potent smell coming from their building. it is affecting nearby businesses by ruining the look of the whole plaza and driving away customers. the lack of concern from this business is shocking.

Excellent store...Terri and Dennis are fantastic people running the place and I love it here...they have a good variety of cigars in the store...the lounge is very comfortable for a smoke or two...I come here often because of the positive experience...you will not regret shopping here and enjoying a smoke! Convenient location, too...A 5-star rating from me!

Terrible service. Person at register yelled at me for using a credit card. Plus my cigar had mold growing on it when I came home. STAY AWAY.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I pulled up to the store at 6:55pm, there was man at the cash register staring at me. So I assumed they were open. I headed to open the door he walked around hit the light switch to off and said we are closed. I told him I knew what I wanted and I would be quick. The man replied "We close at 7:00pm, are you paying cash he asked?" I looked at my phone it was 6:56pm I said I do not have cash on me, it's only 6:56pm, come on". He replied "Then go." I asked one more time please, he then replied get the F@€$ out of here." I said what I had to say, because your not going to talk that way to me, I let him know I will never come back to this place again. He replied "don't ever come back" and gave me the finger. There are much better places out there than this. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I went to this smoke shop twice a week for a few weeks spending A LOT of money. And every time I was greeted with nastiness and anger. I myself was polite and cordial every time. I will never go back to this god awful place and I would advice others not to go either. I was nothing but polite to them and on multiple occasions was talked down to and insulted for no good reason other than someone being unhappy with their career as cigar store clerk and taking out their life and career frustrations on me. Lighthouse cigars just down the road is a much better place with polite, civilized staff. Go there!!
