I can't even tell you how friendly the staff is over the top anxious to help you. They accommodate you offer to bring out the products that you purchase to your car and you cannot beat their prices. Because well sometimes prices vary but they're stock is endless so if you need something and you can't find it any place else. Give them a shot because. 99% of the time they will have it and when you need something in the pinch. They come through every times they've been around for all these years and they are our go to people and they deliver same day with a smile. Never dissatisfied always a pleasure to deal with them that's why we will continually order from them

My favorite auto parts store.My favorite auto parts people.Even though I've been buying parts from different Napa stores for over the last 40 years, I was spending most of my money on Amazon, an internet supplier, vs the local mom and pop shops, for the ease and convenience it provided.In November of 2020, I closed my Amazon account, and switched to buying all my automotive parts from these guys at Bridge Auto (Napa) in Matawan. These guys are, by far, the most knowledgeable, professional, and helpful auto parts source around.James, Buddy, Jim and the rest of the crew all are amazing resources for finding the parts I need to keep my company and personal vehicles in top condition.The folks at Bridge are always there to help me, either with technical advice, or simply to find the oddball parts I'm looking for. They're my first choice when I need a part for any of my vehicles.On a side note :Their shop kitty cat, Turbo, is always there to greet me, and put a smile on my face.

Won’t be back. Been shopping Napa for years. Refused to take back a 200 dollar part because it’s an electrical part. Never had that experience at any auto parts store before. Never heard of a store policy like that but it is what it is. Just won’t waste my time at this Napa anymore.

I called about a job posting they had with very little information and just wanted to ask 1 or 2 questions about it. Didnt realize that was the equivalent of asking for a kidney because the man i spoke to was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never be contacting this place for any reason again
