Got an oil change and tire rotation. Work was done flawlessly. Dropped the car off at 9:00 and got a call it was ready to pickup at 2:00.

My first time taking my BMW to Mullaney Mullaney Tire & Car Care Center and the people there are nice and they also gave me a break down of what else needs to be down to my car.
I look forward in bringing my car back there to get the rest of the work done to my car.

Joe , Anthony and Katie went above and beyond today. Had a major issue with my son's car as he was leaving for college, it's a 7 hour ride 400 miles drive , he needed to leave before 12 . They got us in and did what was needed so my son could make it there by 9 pm . Greatly appreciate it ! Ty very much !

Recently the starter failed on my 2004 pickup. Normally i would make the repair myself, but due to time constraints i had it towed to Mullaneys for the repair. I left a note with the standard “please call with estimate before making repairs” and called the shop and left a voicemail with the same request. I estimated the cost should be $500-600 for parts and labor.
The next day (Friday) i called to check on the truck and, understandably they hadnt gotten to it yet and it would probably be Monday before they would know anything. Monday afternoon i called again and was informed it was ready to go and the bill was $758. I never received a call from the garage regarding any diagnostics, estimates or mention of their in-yard towing fees. They just went rogue and fixed it with no authorization or estimate.
When i pointed out this was more than i expected i was told i was being ridiculous and if i didn't want to pay, they would remove the started but i would still owe $450 for labor and in-yard towing fees. (Incidentally, they boast being in business since 1964, but they dont have a tow truck, so if your car can’t be driven, they have it towed within their property and charge the customer $95 per tow.)
I went to the shop to pick up the truck and tried to present my case as to why i felt overcharged. They refused to negotiate one penny off the bill. He just looked blankly and said “we stand by our service and pricing”. So i ended up paying $750 for a starter on a work truck that is probably worth about $3000 total.
I felt disgusted, conned, angry….sort of the way you feel getting a speed trap ticket.
I’ve had bad garage experiences in the past, but this is the first time I've actually felt robbed by a mechanic. Worse, his IDGAF attitude tells me it’s standard practice to charge as they like without authorization or concern for the customers budget.
If my truck caught fire in front of Mullaney’s, i would push it to another garage, burning, before using them again.

Mullaney went to great lengths to diagnosis the problem, then remedied the situation. They then took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terminology. In addition I was given a detailed typed work order to keep on file. I would highly recommend this businesd
