The older woman who works there at night is extremely rude. Don’t understand how she still has a job there. Extremely unprofessional. Needs to learn how to talk to customer and just people in general

The older woman who works there at night don’t know her name but has an attitude towards me every time she actually questioned me with an attitude about what time I put my laundry in and it was definitely by 6 pm as per there ridiculous hours rules they always have to close by 8 which is not convenient for working people .I never want to inconvenience anyone because I know how it is at work when you want to go home but the attitude tired of paying for laundry and being disrespected I work 2 jobs and struggle just like her!!! That’s the last of my business and money wasted there are plenty of other laundromats.

I came in to do laundry and waited at the counter for a few minutes to ask for change of a $20. I was courteous and said please and the older woman didn’t say a word and began breaking my bill. When she turned around to hand me the change, I went to say thank you. But mid thank you, she coughed directly at me. As my mouth was open. I am so disgusted.

was so angry both website and door says they open at 630 i woke up extra early to go before work and sat outside a half hour and even at 710 there was still no one there to open up. had to find another laundry mat and rush so I wouldn't be late to work. very unprofessional.
