Horrible experience. Frequent customer. Never going back to this store or any other good guy vape.Bought this stem and bowl months ago. First use and it shattered in my bong.Finally was able to get it out magically and went back after being told they will contact distributor and compensate me if I can get it out or a discount on a new one.Today I was looked at sideways with all denial like this never happened.I don’t care about $15 or even remember if that’s what I paid. Probably more. I care about the bad product and lies.

I was up in the area visiting a friend, last week, as we drove down the street i happen to see the store, since i needed a new vape anyways. I was looking to try a new vape brand and new flavors . And the guy tommy that was working was so helpful and nice and answered all my crazy questions that i had . This will be my store for when im in the area. Thank you good guy vapes and tommy.

I was up visiting a friend a yesterday, we happened to pass by the store, and i wanted to stop in. I needed a new vape. i wanted to try a new vape brand and flavor. the guy tommy was such a big help and answered all my crazy questions i had for him. he was very nice and knew his stuff about the product. so thank you to the guy tommy and thank you good guy vapes. when ever im in the area again i will for sure stop back in.

My original review of Raphy stands, and my complaint seems to have been resolved. I have not had problems with the stocking of merchandise and the single flavor that I use has been in stock for months now.I do buy my coils at a different location, but this local business has been doing their best to keep up with their demand and I feel that I have to give credit where it's due. Any poor review could potentially hurt a business and when the issue is resolved, more often than not the poor reviews are left up. This store is well staffed by knowledgeable people who ask questions and give advice. Their stock has a lot of variety and their store is always clean. They have also expanded their offerings and the prices are reasonable.

This place is awesome!! Every employee is efficient and kind. Matt in particular is amazing at his job. Everytime i come in he knows my order and has it ready for me.. A genuinely nice person! 10/10 recommend

Purchased a treetop disposable and it was open so for someone to put that back on the shelf and resell it is disgusting but anyways I go back to exchange it a few days later and they didn’t have any more so they told me to come back. I go back a week later and the woman there said it was against the exchange policy that says you have two weeks and said to me like I wanted special treatment and I can’t make any exceptions and pretty much saying she doesn’t know if she can validate what I am saying to be true. Like what else am I doing there? I asked to speak to her manager and she refused. All I wanted was another treetop but she refused to leave her ego at the door.

I bought a vape a few months ago, all was fine until I bought new pods. The new pods were just leaking out for some reason. And when I say leaking out, they leaked until empty. I guess it got into unit and they just shrugged it off and told me to buy a new vape even though it was the pods that sucked and broke my stuff. They don't stand behind their stuff. Won't ever go back there.

I went in first time buying my initial vape and oil was good. After the fact I was getting burnt oil within a day turning yellow. I initially let it go and bought more oil and cartridges. That did not help. I bought two more cartridges and they still burnt on the cartridge. After the fact thinking it was either the cartridge or oils I bought another set of cartridges and oil and still the same thing happened. I went into the store wand explained my situation. As I explained my situation the employee basically told me nothing was wrong and my pod and I was the issue. I went to a different store and bought the same exact oil and cartridges and so far haven't had a problem. These guys are either selling fake oil or are selling expired stuff. Never have had a problem anywhere else.. be careful

Absolutely amazing staff every single time you walk in. This location has the best prices and selections. You never have to worry about having questions either because the staff is so knowledgeable about every product they have and dont make you feel stupid. You can really tell they are passionate about their customer service which is a nice change of pace in a vape store. I highly recommend checking this shop out if youre in the area, you will not be disappointed!!
