“We purchased a beautiful sofa and matching loveseat, and as usual the staff designers had great suggestions and were able to easily help us design our custom pieces. A fabric swatch was quickly sent by mail so we could continue to select complementary furniture, rug, paint and accessories. We were also surprised that the furniture was delivered in the promised timeframe. We have a number of home improvement projects going on simultaneously and all of the contractors are complaining about huge supply chain disruption and inability to get anything on time. “I have to give this company 5 stars because they were super generous & kind when I called looking for supplies for my husband to fix our couch. A cushion had sunk in because a support strap broke & instead of ordering supplies online, I called local businesses for help. It was a Sat so most businesses were closed, one told me to go on Amazon and then I called Jeanie. What a doll! I told her our situation & without hesitation offered what we needed as well as the tools to do a proper job FOR FREE!! She even gave my husband a little tutorial on how to do it right. When I returned her supplies we chatted as if we were life long friends! She said she was being neighborly & we can't thank her enough for being an old school, kind person which, nowadays, is hard to find. Review by Robyn Sherman”
