About prices at Mattress Firm they are kind of competitive and the only edge is that they deliver quicker than samsclub or Costco! She was the FIRST sales person to LISTEN to what our needs were and did not try to upsell us. She helped us find exactly what we needed. Bob B. was wonderful with his advice as we searched the very large showroom for the perfect accent pieces to coordinate with the perfect sectional sofa we bought there. He is a special designer who guides you thru the store and also leaves you alone without being intimidating, allowing us to feel comfortable as we chose the items that filled our livingroom space. Bob even went the extra mile to accompany the delivery crew so he could guide them to place every piece of furniture in our home to perfection. My husband and I are extremely happy with GMI's selection and service, and would give them 6 stars if that rating existed. Additionally every time we went into the showroom we saw new and exciting pieces. He was very easy to deal with and at no time felt pressured to buy anything.We needed to buy a bed to replace our select comfort of over thirty plus years.We pulled the trigger on the I-10 with double split top and bottom and some accessories. Looking forward to the new bed with the free shipping and free set up.This is probably our third or fourth sleep number bed we bought and our children took them when they got married and left the house.”
