I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time gown shopping and I really had a wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly and professional, particularly Erin who helped me today. I was not rushed, nor pressured, and that to me was priceless. I had so much fun and it was such a pleasurable, and memorable experience. Thank you Erin for your help, kindness, and patience in helping me find my beautiful dress!! I said Yes To The Dress At Castle Couture Off The Runway!

I just went to this amazing store today, just planning on looking to see if I can find a style I like. From the minute I walked in, everyone was so inviting and lovely to speak to. They said it would be 1-2 hour wait and I only waited 40 minutes which was perfect since I could browse dresses while I waited! I got placed with Erin, who was phenomenal. She made me feel beautiful in every dress I put on. Overall she made it a very easy experience! They allow 5 guests with you which is great as well :) overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful dress that is an affordable price!

By far the worst experience I ever had shopping in any store yet alone a bridal shop that is supposed to help a bride pick their wedding gown. I don’t even know where to start. I have been to dress shops before and they always looked at me and estimated my size and what would look good on me, so when I came and waited an hour to be seen I patiently waited and was pretty positive that the girls would know what they are doing. It took the girl almost an hour to figure out my size and then she just rushed me into multiple dresses very quickly basically giving me any dresses despite it not being anything I mentioned I would like. She kept giving me dresses in the dressing room and didn’t even bother picking them up off the floor so I would pick them up hang them back on the hanger and give it back to her. It actually shocked me that she was willing to let me step on all the dresses and ruin them. Almost every dress had either rips or makeup stains probably because most brides won’t pickup the dresses off the floor if the staff won’t. A few minutes into finally knowing my size she tells me we only have 1 hour for the visit and told me to either pick a dress or our visit is over and I can always come back. Honestly it was the most embarrassing defeating experience and I never write bad reviews but If you’re not a size 2 -8 please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!! I ended up going somewhere else and every dress the woman put me in was stunning and they actually knew what they were doing. I also told them about my experience and they told me that they do have a time frame of 1.5 hours but they would NEVER rush a bride out the door. I will note that the second dress they put me in at the other shop ended up being my dress. I was not a picky bride at all, I was very relaxed and just wanted to enjoy my wedding day without stressing details and I would have never left castle contour without a dress even if I didn’t “ love” it had she not basically told me I have to leave and can always come back again another day. Horrible !!!!

Update: My dress’ zipper broke right before walking down the aisle. No alterations were made to this area. This was a castle couture “brand” dress. Buttons in the back were also lost throughout the night.
Overall great experience. It took a few visits here to find my dress, but the staff was super patient. My consultant, Barb, went out of her way to double check whether a dress could be altered with their recommended seamstress prior to purchasing. All sales are final and most dresses are sample dresses, so make sure you inspect the dress. They get new dresses in very frequently.
Definitely recommend to any bride looking for a modern dress at a fraction of the cost.

I lived down the street from this shop for 4 years and never paid much attention to it. It’s set back in a nondescript strip mall. Did I know there was a bridal shop there? Yes. Did I know it was part of Castle Couture? No. After stopping in to CC they recommended I look here for options more in my budget (I just couldn’t fathom spending 2K+).
I did not have plans to go shopping for a dress, by myself on Friday, but I’m so glad I did.
Janice was my sales person and during the 45 minutes we spent together I tried on 9 dresses and fell in love with 2. I had already tried on 16 and was starting to feel like I wouldn’t find a dress I loved 100%. Both dresses were part of a summer sale so they were discounted even more.
I left the shop to think about which I wanted with plans to return over the weekend but it became obvious I was loving one more than the other. So I returned later in the day to make the purchase before someone else could. I couldn’t pass up a $1400 gown for $599!
I’m so happy and cannot wait to wear the gown in June for our Finger Lakes wedding!

I had an amazing experience buying my wedding dress at Castle Couture off the Runway. I went shopping on a Sunday and there was no wait. Within minutes of walking in the door, Erin was listening to what I envisioned for my wedding dress and she found me the most perfect dress. I actually ended up buying the first dress that I tried on, which was one Erin suggested. All of their dresses are also extremely affordable. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a wedding dress.

I had an exceptional experience at this bridal shop. The guidance I received was truly amazing; Barbara’s expertise and attention to detail helped me find the perfect dress. She was incredibly patient throughout the process, addressing every question and concern with genuine care. The selection of dresses was outstanding, offering a range of styles to suit every taste. I felt supported and confident. I highly recommend this bridal shop for anyone looking for their dream dress at an affordable price!

Castle couture went above and beyond to provide excellent service in ordering my daughter’s wedding dress. The entire team were knowledgeable and very kind and welcoming from finding the dress to picking it up for the big day. A wonderful experience!

DONT COME HERE Did not feel welcome at all I had me and my bridal party consisting of friends, family members and future in-laws. They told us that there is a minimum of three people. This was a very special moment and wanted to share it with the people I loved The customer service was very bad. They were very passive aggressive and did not make me or my guest feel welcome at all they tried rushing me out of the store, made me feel like me and my guest were a burden than actual customers and almost Bullied my mother and future mother-in-law into buying a dress dresses are also either very low quality or broken their prices are ridiculous for the quality of dresses overall, do not come to this store at all if you want to have a magical moment to find a dress of your dreams honestly, wish I could give this place zero stars. I don’t even know how these people stay in business I question of these good reviews are being paid to make these reviews

I found my dream dress last week and I couldn't be more thrilled and happy with how smoothly it went! They allowed 4 people with me which was great. Once I tried on a few and Erin saw exactly what I liked she used her expertise and picked out the perfect wedding dress for me!! All of us knew it was the one as I walked out of the dressing room. I can't believe the price too! What an amazing experience! I would recommend this place over and over again!

I first went to Castle Couture Off The Runway through a reference from a friend to look for a bridal gown. As it is a walk-in place where one can get their gowns on the same day, I decided to visit on a Monday. However, I found the place closed as they open on Thursdays through Sunday. I went the following Saturday, alone, and I had the most wonderful experience. Right from the reception, I was welcomed warmly and advised that I would be assigned to a bridal consultant shortly.
Barbara V my bridal consultant was the very best! She was friendly, patient and very insightful. She made the whole experience so smooth and I wonna say enjoyable. One is usually assigned an hour with the consultant and although I did not spend the whole hour, I was able to try on as many gowns as I liked. Barbara patiently and meticulously buttoned up several gowns, laced up others and zipped up the rest. Ever with a smile, she made me start to feel like the bride I want to be. I found 4 gowns that were possible and ranked them in my head. I told Barbara that I would visit the following day with my children (two young adults) to get their views on the 4 dresses.
On Sunday, we were lucky to have Barbara available for us after only a short wait. My children also loved the gowns I had chosen but suggested that I should try on some more. I prefer straight tight fitting, corset bodice or mermaid styles but my children challenged me to try A-lines and even ballgowns. After several trials of different types and with Barbara's patience and meticulous hands, my children ended up choosing my first-choice gown. I said "I do" to my gown and the bell rang and when I left there, I felt like it was an experience that I would like to repeat....of course without repeating the wedding hopefully....
I liked several things about Castle Couture Off The Runway: It’s a walk in place, lots and lots of gowns in different styles and colors (even black!), value for money (they had a sale going on and even though I wasn't able to find my preference in the sales rack, I was still happy with the price I paid for my gown), great bridal consultants (Barbara was the best!), welcoming staff, lots of parking and great location. I highly recommend Castle Couture Off The Runway!

I was honored to accompany the bride to be to her appointment. Rebecca, our stylist, and Maisey were truly amazing. They made everyone feel special and presented the bride to be in their dress suggestions very tastefully. Before bringing anything out, they talked to the bride to be about what she was looking for. It was exciting to be present when the dress was chosen. The care and compassion, empathy and listening were above and beyond. Kudos to this team!

Bought my wedding dress here back in Sept 2023 for my May 2024 wedding and I have nothing but good things to say! My bridal consultant Floriana was such a big help and so pleasant to work with. She made the experience so easy and special. I knew going into wedding dress shopping I didn't want to spend too much on the dress, but I tend to like the more expensive styles. Coming to Castle Couture was the best decision I've ever made because I got my perfect gorgeous expensive gown for a fraction of the price! I would recommend any bride on a budget to come here to find their wedding dress!

I drove over an hour just to go to Castle Couture off the Runway. I want to first give a little background on myself. I am a plus sized female. I wear a street size 24 but have been loosing weight for my weeding. I’ve only been to David’s Bridal before going to off the Runway and had a very great experience there. Because I am such a bigger plus sized female, I’ve been waiting to try on dresses. I buy most of my clothes online so going to a store and trying on a wedding dress is a huge deal for me. My sales person at Castle Couture off the Runway was Janice. She showed us where my sized dresses were. I picked 4 dresses and went to the dressing room. I tried the first one on and automatically it didn’t fit. I came out of the dressing room and she had a look of disgust on her face. I went back into the dressing room and tried on a larger size. That one did fit but it seemed as though Janice already had an attitude and didn’t want to be bothered with me anymore. I may not be a size 10 but it is something I’ve battled my entire life. My mom even tried speaking to her saying the dresses I tried on at David’s Bridal were smaller and we didn’t understand. Janice looked at me with disgust and said well they would be. Yet she couldn’t give a reason why. She gave no pointers as far as what cut might go better with my figure. It seemed to me like she was just done with me and didn’t want to help anymore. Janice didn’t even smile the entire time I was there. I’m supposed to be looking for a dress for the happiest day of my life and going to castle couture off the runway makes me not want to go dress shopping ever again. Janice made me feel so embarrassed that I am not looking forward to my wedding day because of my weight and how I’d look in my dress. Janice shouldn’t be working as a sales person with women who are a pound over 125 if this is how she treats all plus sized women. I was so excited and looking forward to my wedding and I am now severely depressed about my weight and how people will treat me after the way Janice treated me. Even eloping is starting to come up in my head because of how awful she made me feel.
