“I visit the branch for more than banking. When I need a notary public, I go to the branch without appointments. I always feel welcome at the branch that means a lot to me. The other day, I needed to cash a check; they cashed it right away.
In contrast when I go to Bank of America, I need to show multiple ID’s. For other work, appointments, links, and authentications.”

“The staff at the bank are outstanding! Came to this location for the first time to open an account and we were greeted kindly and assisted immediately by Wabeeda. We wanted to weigh some options before opening our account and asked to take some time to think it over and Wabeeda was very patient, provided her card and let us know she’d be happy to assist when we were ready. We returned same day to open our account and the process was simple and fast. We were even introduced to and welcomed by the rest of the staff in the branch upon opening the account. “I been a longtime customer of PNC bank, but opened 2 accounts with Citizen a month ago. I have to say by far since I open this account the customer service I received is second to none. Vishalkumar Patel worked with me on opening the accounts and addressed all my questions as well as advised me on the type of accounts. So far I been back 3 times and each time I received an outstanding level of customer service from Mr. Patel as well as the head telling (sorry bad with names). This is a great bank to deal with as they have people that care.”
