Richard SAVED me 2000 in under 15 minutes this morning. As busy as he was, the owner of the shop which whom had never met me, out of his own common curtesy, popped my hood and diagnosed the issue with my car almost immediately. I had been under the impression my car needed a coolant transfer pipe ($2000 job) ~ as what another shop recommended. Richard popped the hood and found the leak in an upper hose in no more than 10 minutes. Turns out I need a $65 hose, not a $2000 pipe

WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT! Richie is the man and knows everything he needs to know and then some about these cars. very kind, patient, cautious, and takes care of your ride like it's his own. he did a tranny flush and spark plugs on my Benz and it's never driven better! thank you again for the amazing 6 star service. anyone need work done to their Benz you MUST see this guy!
