I love Wawa in general but this review is specifically for Kelly. She's the best cashier and makes the regulars feel seen. She goes out of her way to remember people, and that feels rare these days. I've seen her have a ton of personal connections with locals, asking about their kids or their jobs, it does feel like she genuinely cares about her customers. Kelly is also great at reminding me of whatever deal is happening on the app and has saved me quite a few bucks!!
The rest of the staff is great too, I have no complaints, Kelly just really stands out to me!

Never have the coffee ready when I come in it’s always just one ready and that the regular coffee which is not what I drink and I have asked about it time after time and nothing gets done about it.

This store needs to get itself together with DoorDash. Either sync up or don’t offer it. After waiting 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be delivered in 30, 2 calls to the store and help chat with DoorDash only to be told by one that the order was on its way and the other that it wasn’t going to be fulfilled. An additional phone call to confirm I would be refunded after over an hour and no food. I understand that DoorDash is a 3rd party, but if you can’t coordinate, just remove the store from the app.

New Jersey is now the only state without self-serve gas stations. This law needs to change. I don't appreciate employees blocking off the outside pumps..... If New Jersey mandates a certain number of Per: employee....block off the inside pumps.... trucks with trailers

Stopped for gas at 12 AM on Friday/Saturday morning with an empty tank... told from the attendant, smoking cig outside, I couldn't get gas, from a pump completely covered by a roof. because of thunderstorms... there was hardly a storm... luckily made it to Somers Point Wawa where they were open during the same "thunderstorm ", used to go Marmora a lot for gas, feel I won't-be back to this inconvenient store anymore, Somers Point is just a far more superior store with better employees... enjoy your safe outside cigarette

Wawa is one of my favorite stores right now, but this woman Arlene is very unprofessional she is going to have problems soon with somebody, I reported to the manager Chris but he even has the criteria to manage people she did middle finger to me in present of the manager cause I reported her, I can't believe!!! When I arrived she was having issues with another person. Better Auto service Wawa!!!

A+ Wawa has their act firmly together. The stores are starting to all have the same basic layout. I makes a store you've never visited seem familiar. The fact that stores are set up in a more consistent manner, thereby becoming easier to navigate and save time, is a huge benefit. The small self-check kiosks on the check out counters are à handy addition to the mix. If you have all your items and card(Debit or Credit cards only for these machines currently. Cash is not accepted.) ready, using à self check kiosk is the fastest way to get out of the store.Wawa in général has created a very efficient system that just plain works.When customers are able to shop with more ease at a familiar store, they spend more money and are more polite to the staff and one another. It's common, if not expected, to open and hold entry and exit doors. The staff is well traîned, usually fast, kind and helpful as a rule. In New Jersey, This company has succeeded in every possible way. They've even created their own culture. Wawa will be here forever now.

Requested a cappuccino with nonfat milk, manager refused to do so, won't bring milk back from food court due to germs . Manager was wearing gloves, so ridiculous and on top of that she was .very condescending.Employee needs to remember that we're profit and they're overhead, they are there to satisfy the customer.They need to bring back this option on their computer as not all can drink regular milk
