I've recently had two terrible experiences here. First, I tried a new hair color with Devan (I have always been a natural blonde and would occasionally go to her to get highlights once or twice a year). I showed her a picture of a rich, natural caramel/red color. What I walked out of the salon with was a yellow/brassy hair color. However, I knew it would wash out pretty quickly and she did give me a nice haircut: I had long straight hair and asked for some face framing layers with long layers in the back. So, because I liked the haircut so much, I tried again, and went back a month later, but, this time I did not risk getting color and just asked her to simply give me the same haircut as the last visit. I walked out of the salon with so many short layers that I now have a Rachel Green/shag-looking haircut; all of the length and body are gone and I'm left with scraggly hair. I do not understand how a professional could either, a. forget the cut she had given me only a month prior, or not ask if she had forgotten; or b. take it upon herself to give me the haircut that she preferred for me. It will now take me over a year to grow out these layers and get my hair back to the length it was. Confidence gone. Unless you want basic "Karen" highlights, stay away. I will never return to this salon.

Truly an outstanding salon with excellent stylists and a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon to everyone seeking a change in your personal hair style, manicure and pedicure or a relaxing massage. You will be truly pleased with the results.

This was the worst, most traumatizing experience of my life. All I wanted was a root touch up. Instead I had a FIVE HOUR appointment in which Jill over-processed my hair somehow, saw massive hair loss, and then as I’m balling my eyes out she tries blaming me every way possible and even asked if I was terminally I’ll with cancer. I am not sick. My hair is now ruined. It won’t curl or wave at all, it’s frizzy and damaged, and I have hair loss that I never had before. I have to baby my hair back to life for years now. And it looks horrible and is very unmanageable. I would never wish this upon anyone.

This salon ruined my hair. All I wanted was a root touch up, but Jill said "trust me" and did some sort of balayage technique. She over-processed my hair with dye and saw huge chunks of hair come out. Before explaining anything to me she goes "It's going to be free today" so I'm freaking out and wondering if I'm bald or what. She said "I'm seeing a lot of breakage, and whole strands coming out." WTF?! THEN!!! She asks me if I am terminally ill. She insinuated that I might have cancer and I may be very ill, due to how much hair loss she saw. The owner then tried to blame the hair loss on my period. They kept trying to blame me every step of the way. Now, I can no longer style my hair. It won't curl. It doesn't look good straight. It won't hold waves or anything. It's just frizzy and damaged and dead. They RUINED my hair, for a long long time. Now I need to use hair serums and s*** I never needed before. Oh also the appointment took FIVE HOURS. I have never been so upset or traumatized in my life. This happened in December it is now April and I am still paying the consequences of having gone there. DO NOT GO THERE.
