Steven helped me out & was great & patient with any questions I had. As an autistic person it was one of the best experience I’ve had in a phone store. I’ve been with the service since way before they bought Sprint & sprint was always really easy for me & when t Mobil took over I was having trouble understanding what I was doing. But I didn’t feel awkward or uninvited like some store environments make you feel. It’s really clean too & soft lighting is much more comforting than bright lights like at a target or Walmart.”
