I took my Jeep to a chain and after bringing it there multiple times they never fixed the main issue and told me there wasn't even an issue. I took it here and they found the problem, fixed it quickly all at a very reasonable price. They communicated throughout the whole process. They also went above and beyond and welded a leak while they were fixing the main issue which wasn't related. Any further work I ever need I'm be coming here.”

“The last couple of months have been rough for me and my family. I had fallen into a place where my car had been neglected for some pretty critical repairs. I was able to send an email inquiring about their service from the website which was answered fairly quickly. They were able to let me make an appointment at the time of response for a week later. I was nervous leading up to today because car repairs can be very expensive and repair shops can be intimidating to deal with. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and it was fixed and running great by the late afternoon. The technicians were fast and knowledgeable. Heather, who was coordinating everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking any business I have back to them from now on.”

“My son has a used car and is down the shore Wednesday night. Car doesn’t start. He is leaving Saturday so I need to figure out asap.
Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!”

“Synergy car careHad GF car serviced as car died unexpectedly. Got it towed to their business as our regular mechanic is fully booked. Wanted to give them a try. Gave them a call and they had an opening. They checked out the car and it needed a new battery.Got it all done same day. Friendly owners. Honestly the price of the new battery was surprising but checked around and it’s about right. Damn Covid! Very pleased. Will go back to them soon.My girlfriend said that her dad was an auto mechanic and own his own business, and he would not charge a diagnostic fee on top of a service. That’s why the bill was higher than we expected.Next service was my Jeep- oil change, right rear light replace, check brakes, tire rotation- bring rear to front -My son is a certified auto mechanic, and he decided to do the brakes for me when he looked at my brakes he said that I was at a six not a four as the man said, so I technically did not need brakes done, but I had them done anyways as the rotors were in need of replacing.Would I use them again? Yes! Why? I felt honesty from him and I felt he did a good job with great customer service.”

“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. “Absolutely recommend if you're experiencing transmission problems.. I've always heard good things about this shop , and Steve has done numerous race transmissions for several friends of mine. So when my personal truck starting acting up knew where I wanted to take it. Its a Dodge Ram with Cummins and 48RE transmission. They got me in , fixed it much quicker then I could have imagined, and did it for a very fair price. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a couple different options and recommendations. Excellent communication throughout the whole process, Anna up front is wonderful. Very happy to have my truck back and working great. “Automatic transmission in a 1966 Tbird that clunked loudly when shifting. They gave me a price of $1500 for the rebuild and torque converter but recommended that I repair any vacuum leaks first before having the trans done as this could be the problem. I repaired the leaks and transmission shifts perfectly.Due to their honesty and professionalism they saved me $1500 I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!!!Thank you.”
