“Excellent store for outdoor gear, of course! Alan was incredibly helpful in assisting my purchase of a Patagonia torrentshell rain jacket. I was wondering if it could also be used as a ski shell and he said he used it for that himself! Excellent customer service, and very clean store. My only note is that the associates don't let you shop in peace here - I was asked if I needed help at least 8 times, and multiple times by the same associates. Personally, that's too involved for me. If I didn't really need to make a purchase for an upcoming trip, I would have been overwhelmed and left. I'd ask for this REI to cool down on their associate involvement - ask me maybe 3 times and then let me come to you. Regardless, still very grateful for Alan's help!”

“I have to say as a Nike boutique store I’m always cautious as a competitive runner nor am I a snob about running shoes, Nike just is my thing, but the style and cleanliness of the store is what drew us in not to mention the presentation of everything in there. However, and this is a game changing HOWEVER, Olivia the manager, was the reason for the store getting my business tonight. I have ran in every running shoe in there except one (not the point) she was pleasant not pushy, intelligent in general but knew her shoes, new her, gave us other customers feedback about certain shoes. What works for her, why doesnt. She listened I could have sat in the cool couches and talked story for hours in there. We almost did, that’s the kicker, it was 10 minutes to closing time and she didn’t even know, she is still answering questions telling us about the clothes as we are walking out, we didn’t want to leave, we had to tell her the time. My point I guess, if I need to see anything Nike that’s where I will head, even if they don’t have it, I’ll go back just because of the customer service from her and not that fake ish either. Very genuine. Can’t say a bad thing about it. I couldn’t get home fast enough to write this”

“The employees at this branch are friendly, helpful and down to earth. The store layout is easy to navigate and dressing rooms are lit well.

Some products are extremely well made while others feel over priced. I’m grateful for the yoga teacher discounts and the high quality Stash Salutation leggings, travel clothing pants and tees, pranayama cardigans and travel shorts.

Their athletic shorts could use more options for higher rise and sturdier fabric.

Overall a much better option than its LL competitor!”
