Last Saturday on June 17 I was in Brio, which was right next door while my wife and daughter went into this store, two white females who had been working in the store had reacted to my wife and daughter as if they were carrying some sort of disease or something (probably racially profiled). My wife and daughter felt insulted and immediatley left, I'm pretty sure they won't be shopping there again and I would encourage people I know not to do so either.

Extremely disappointed in customer service! I bought a top for a Christmas present. I was assured multiple times by sales clerk that item could be exchanged. No one ever expressed that item was final sale. When I went to exchange it--manager said too bad. Now I am stuck with a top that doesn't fit.

Usually not one to complain but I feel particularly wronged by this company. Had a horrible experience at the Marlton location & customer service online. Even though I was acting within the store's return policy as told to me at checkout, as listed on the receipt, and on their website, they refused to let me return the damaged item. Instead of refunding me, they graciously offered 15% off my next purchase. This company is clearly more interested in selling cheap, overpriced, and apparently abused clothing to unsuspecting customers than conducting ethical business. Would recommend if you're interested in wasting your money.

I've been shopping at the one located in Woodcliff lake for quite some time now. I bought 1 pair of leggings and when I got home, they had several holes that looked as though a security tag had been ripped off. They exchanged them for me. On June 15th 2021. I bought another pair which had the same problem. My daughter wore a skirt once for 3 hours and the elastic waist unraveled. I happened to go in the store that same day and told them and they basically said, "Too bad. " I wrote to customer service and they never responded. Cute but cheap clothing and unacceptable customer service. Sadly I won't take my 2 15 year olds back.

My daughter bought a dress in this store and when she got home to show me it did not fit her well. She is 13 so tossed the receipt and took tag off. I had the tag to return it. Obviously not ideal when I wanted to return it. The sales associate was so nasty and spoke down to me. I will not be going back anytime soon. Apparently customer service was not taught to this young woman.

I want to like Ruby and Jenna, but the quality of their clothes is too poor, their prices are too high, and the customer service is too rude.Most of the clothes here are from Skylar + Madison and other inexpensive brands like Hera, but they mark them up when you can easily find them for much cheaper online. Couple that with the fact that Ruby and Jenna almost never has promotions and the highest they usually go is 15-20% off, it's not worth the cheap quality (think Forever 21 or SHEIN/YesStyle). The customer service is a bit rude, and some of the women who work at the store are neither helpful or polite, and usually seem more interested in taking looks at their own outfits and at their phones instead of being helpful or kind.Lastly, the 7-day return policy is a bit much, considering the clothes here aren't exactly from Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman.All in all, I would say this place is a no if you're in the Promenade.

Cute clothes but very overpriced for cheap quality. I've been shopping her for awhile and have had many items rip, buttons fall off or clothes shrink. I purchased a pair of shorts that came with no wash tag that was $48 just to get one wear out of them with because they had shrunk. Not to mention this happened with two of my skirts as well. Not worth the money for the bad material.

Staff was extremely rude. The place was not busy and not one employee greeted me. They looked at me and said nothing. The clothes look cheaply made. Not impressed at all. Looks they are hiring, good luck to anyone who applies. They all look miserable.

Overall amazing clothes, but staff is rude and barely says hello. I think i’ve received a nice hello twice. I suggest changing this or you won’t be getting my money any more.

This place was great! Even though I was a man looking for something special for my girlfriend, the staff allowed me to try the outfits on myself. They provided me the full experience and even helped me find the right accessories to match my girls crop top
