Our salesman was very respectable of our space and a lot of help with picking out our new living room set. I definitely recommend the raymour and flanigan outlet to anyone looking for new furniture. We will definitely be returning in the future

There was a very very weird salesman today that essentially drove us away from buying anything because kept asking us the same questions. He was wearing a grey suit and white undershirt and was extremely elderly. We literally did not feel comfortable purchasing anything after that, he asked us about 6 times if we needed help. He did not stop following us the entire time we were in the store as well.

Mario, BettyAnn, Myles were awesome!!! My boyfriend recently had a heart attack. I was in need of a recliner right away. I came in and showed the what I wanted, within minutes, Mario showed me the recliner, while BettyAnn and Myles were able to set up a delivery of the recliner today. They helped not only make my day better, but saved my Boyfriend as well. I recommend their store for everyone . The service was phenomenal and they truly cared about my situation. Thank you guys for all of your help!!!!

Got great service from Sean the sales person. And, the outlet had a lot to choose from at great prices and excellent quality. Although delivery costs are a bit high relative to the cost of the furniture, I just looked at it as part of the total cost. Other outlets provide free shipping — perhaps R&F should consider it.
