Taste of Comfort - Natural Organic Doggie Treats
227 Overbrook Ln, MarltonI recently purchased a birthday cake of dog treats from Taste of Comfort, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The cake was made with high-quality, natural ingredients, and my dog absolutely loved it. I appreciate that the cake was available in different flavors and sizes, so I can choose the best option for my dog's needs. What really stood out to me about Taste of Comfort was the customer service. Lynette was friendly and knowledgeable about her products, and she offered great advice on which cake would be best for my dog. Overall, I highly recommend Taste of Comfort. The quality of the cake is excellent and the customer service is top-notch. My dog and I are both very happy with our experience and we will definitely be repeat customers.

Pet Grooming

Pets in Paradise 3
320 Evesboro - Medford Rd, MarltonThis was our first time there and we were treated very well. The groomer was very personable and talked to us before and after our girls grooming. We will be going back again and again. It’s hard to find a good groomer for a Newfie but we found a great one here.

Champ's Dog House
77 E Main St, MarltonRusty told me he loves his new groomer. He was very relaxed when I picked himup. And he looked beautiful. My sister (who was a pro groomer but now does home renovations) was very impressed by the cut. Moreover, the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

The Barking Lot & Cat's Meow
125 Merchants Way, MarltonIt was our first time visiting this location and we loved it (as well as our Mandy)! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the welcoming and courteous staff and were impressed about how clean and bright this location was. They were well organized, efficient and truly seemed to care about all of the pets. Mandy's grooming was done very quickly and she come out all decked out for 4th of July! The pricing was reasonable and on par with other groomers we've used in the area. This is now our go to groomer and we highly recommend giving The Barking Lot a try! Your furry friends will thank you! :)
Update: Grayson went for his first grooming today and loved it as well. The staff was great once again!

Pet Sitting & Training

Exclusive Dog Training - Top Dog Aggression Training in SJ
525 NJ-73 STE 104, MarltonI am so thankful for Carlos! From the very beginning, of training our two Australian Shepherds from puppies, he showed incredible skill, patience, and understanding. Anyone who has ever had Aussies knows they’re full of energy and intelligence — and Carlos knew exactly how to utilize that energy and intelligence in productive ways, and taught us humans how to not be outsmarted by the two of them!!
What really sets Carlos apart is his compassion and dedication to our whole family. He took the time to teach in a way that was calm, kind, and easy to follow for every individual in our household, regardless of their learning abilities, and especially empowered our child to confidently reinforce the behaviors between sessions.
Thanks Carlos. You are truly a trainer who combines expertise with genuine care and patience.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

First Watch
341 NJ-70, MarltonConsidering I dined during mid-morning on a Sunday, the wait was respectable (10 minutes). I was seated in Yesenia's section, who was exceptionally pleasant and hospitable. My order was delivered very quickly. I spoke with the manager, Irvin, who was equally as pleasant. I wanted to compliment Yesenia real-time. Irvin was appreciative. Kudos. I look forward to dining at this location again soon!!

Chef Zhang
140 NJ-73, MarltonToothpick Lamb – ? favorite! Was a dry rub spice on small pieces of lamb on toothpicks. Learned the toothpick is so the lamb doesn’t stick together when cooking
Salt & Pepper Fried Frog ? this was good. Would have liked a little bigger pieces
Sautéed Eggplant with Green Beans ? well flavored. I liked that the eggplants were not falling apart. The skin was soft but not mushy
Mapo Tofu with minced meat ? we felt this was average. Not bad but would get something else instead next time to try

Cups and Cones / All Star Bagel
931 Tuckerton Rd, MarltonSandwiches are fantastic- love the Slider. Iced coffee is my fave. Always delicious and they put ice cubes of coffee in it so if you are a slow drinker it melts but does not water down. Always my favorite place to go in the morning for coffee and sandwich. I always call ahead and never have to wait long.

PDQ Chicken
745 NJ-73 South, MarltonPDQ on long island was one of my favorite chicken places. Unfortunately they rebranded and changed their menu. I had to travel through Jersey just to get some fricken PDQ again. It's still a lovely experience. The staff here was so nice, the menu is wonderful, and I adore their iconic branding. They had such cute Halloween decorations and at this location they even had some creative activities for children. PDQ is still one of the best chicken places. It's a shame the Long Island owners decided to ditch the franchise.
