Class, can you say customer service? It was absolutely non-existent at this store. We walked in to get my lady cross trainers on 4/30 @5:30, and we weren't greeted. When we got to the shoe wall no one came over to help us or even greet us still. There were at least 4 employees hanging by and behind the counter chatting it up, and they clearly saw / heard us trying to figure out which shoes were for the gym.What's worse is they were only about 6 feet from us and still didn't greet us. We headed for the door since the service was so poor, and still no one said a word to us. The worst retail store service I've ever had. It does shine a light on the fact that we were the ONLY customers in the store. Nike come on now, you can do better than this.

I have to say as a Nike boutique store I’m always cautious as a competitive runner nor am I a snob about running shoes, Nike just is my thing, but the style and cleanliness of the store is what drew us in not to mention the presentation of everything in there. However, and this is a game changing HOWEVER, Olivia the manager, was the reason for the store getting my business tonight. I have ran in every running shoe in there except one (not the point) she was pleasant not pushy, intelligent in general but knew her shoes, new her, gave us other customers feedback about certain shoes. What works for her, why doesnt. She listened I could have sat in the cool couches and talked story for hours in there. We almost did, that’s the kicker, it was 10 minutes to closing time and she didn’t even know, she is still answering questions telling us about the clothes as we are walking out, we didn’t want to leave, we had to tell her the time. My point I guess, if I need to see anything Nike that’s where I will head, even if they don’t have it, I’ll go back just because of the customer service from her and not that fake ish either. Very genuine. Can’t say a bad thing about it. I couldn’t get home fast enough to write this

The store is kind of an anomaly for me. Like when you go to a Nike store you would expect them to have their current specials and limited runs of things. But they literally have nothing.They have a handful of regular shoes and none of their current limited runs. Like isn't that the point of having a specialized store?I went to foot locker in the Cherry Hill Mall and to my surprise Footlocker has all of the current Nike specials specials.... Like what..?

definitely needs customer service training immediately the lady was rude ignorant and did not want to help anyone at all she was slamming items down rolling her eyes im not even sure if she actually really checked to see if items were in stock she was being rude to anyone that asked or needed help will never return to this store just based off of one employee had to get the cashier to help us instead

The lack of professionalism is where I will start with this store.. The Young lady behind the counter with bonnet on was rude too busy answering her Apple Watch to even be bothered.. I had a return from online. Even if I wanted to buy something last night it wouldn’t have happen. The other young lady working was more concerned with the sneakers she wanted to buy for herself then help a customer.. People is customer service at the Nike location need help or to be retrained on how to conduct business in a professional manner, as well as dress appropriately for work… leave the bonnet & the attitude at home…..
