“I purchased a new Apple watch through AT&T on-line store but the order was wrong and despite several hours on phone with AT&T rep there wasn’t any resolution to problem. so we had to go to store on kings highway / white horse pike to have it straightened out. My husband and I were met by store associates, Monica and Anthony who ended up saving the day. They were able to provide 100% customer satisfaction having worked quite hard to fix the problem that originated from the on-line store. Their service was exceptional. While there we also decided to purchase / trade in for new Iphones and an additional Apple watch for my husband. We had to spend quite some time at store but we did get great service without any subsequent issues.”

“I visited this location in the mall after purchasing my iPhone at the Apple Store. Apple for some reason was unable to help me set up my phone via the QR scan that they usually do. They sent me off without a working phone, so I visited this location and thankfully I was helped by two workers by the name of Dimitri( i for sure spelled that wrong) and Michelle. They helped guide me through all the possible steps so I could transfer my service onto my new phone so shout out to them they are so real!”

“Sean was an absolute delight. I was sent into store on 11/5/23 after going to uBreakiFix for an insurance claim (showed up slightly annoyed at the run around I received from uBreakiFix and ascurion) but nonetheless ended up needing a new phone. Sean helped me upgrade my phone and transfer all my data over to the new one. The transfer and purchase took maybe an hour or two in store but he made that time to be such a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just had great energy! He clearly enjoys what he does and the company he works for. 10/10 service and he most certainly deserves recognition for that! I don’t often need a new cell phone or technology device but I’ll be sure to go back to this location and work with Sean when the time comes!”
