I've been seeing Dr. Deguzman for over 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! When I walk in I'm greeted by one of the staff like I'm family! Dr. Deguzman is extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and just all around amazing! The staff- from scheduling appointments to taking your blood - has always treated me kindly and with respect. As a frequent flyer - Thank you ?

Dr. Deguzman was fantastic and so was Dr. Roomi, but Dr. Robinson is an absolute horror, totally rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. Never mind the brown evil eyed receptionist. She’s argumentative, short and rude and because of her nasty attitude I had to change my Dr. Why on earth they let her get away with her nasty ways is beyond me.

The receptionist's attitude here is straight trash. Yes, you know who you are and so does everyone else on this page commenting about you. You need to quit or change professions because the way you talk and condescend on patients is absolute bs. No one likes you and god I dread every time I had to call knowing you were probably the one dam person I was going to have to talk to. You are the reason no one wants to go to this office, you're the reason we no longer will be going either, and you're the reason I will never recommend anyone going to this office again. Good riddance.

Never and problems scheduling an appointment, I can usually get in next day. No long waits to be seen once in the office. My only complaint is their phone etiquette. Physician wise, Dr. De Guzman is one of the best out there. He's attentive and has always taken all of my many many health concerns seriously. Even though I'm a total pain as a patient, he continues to work diligently until we've found a treatment plan for me that works. Thanks to him I'm living a totally new and healthier life!

Dr. DeGuzman is great! Were it not for him, I would not continue going to this office. The front desk and phone staff has been unprofessional and rude to me on numerous occasions (not being greeted or acknowledged when entering the office, given attitude by Linda when I called to confirm whether my x-ray reports were received, being told on a Thursday that I would need to wait for my doctor to return on Monday to read the x-ray report as I wait in pain, not being given the option of another doctor reading the report, etc.). It seems like the front desk staff has been receiving negative reviews for a couple years, so it's a shame the issues have not been addressed.

I have never been treated in the way I was by their receptionist. She should not be answering phones. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after hearing hearing her on the phone with another patient but as it turns out it’s the way she is. Even in person she is horrible. No one should be treated this way. She is the go between with my Drs therefore it’s over. I’m finding a new doctor. It’s not worth it, at all.
