“I went in on Saturday with an amazon return and the employees kindly explained the customer packed code to me. They told me I could either bring something back or buy a bag. They were very respectful and showed me the differences so I would have everything prepared for next time. While this was happening the same situation happened to the women next to me and she was yelling at the employee that they were wrong. The man handled it very professionally and even though she was yelling he was very kind. I absolutely love this store and all the employees. I definitely recommend this store to everyone!!!”

A very nice red-haired young man and a sweet dark haired young lady go out of their way to help. They were able to help me print my 2024 W2 copies to be filed with my tax return. “I can't say enough about the staff at store 1316. Today I worked with employee 328569 but everyone there is just as great. I do a ton of returning and shipping. Sometimes I am not as organized with my lables and boxes as I should be. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. They never turn me away or act annoyed, even when the store is filled with customers. I drive extra far just because I like the store employees so much.”
“Every visit that I make to the Willingboro Post Office is pleasant. I always go to the Korean gentleman & I say hello & thank you to him in Korean; he smiles when I speak his language & that Po stal Worker is always very nice to me.”

“Contacted this UPS store in need of notary services. They were very responsive and requested that I come into the location. They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed.”
“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”
“I wanted to share that i went into UPS in Cherry Hill near Wegmans and I.was pleasantly surprised at the NICE young man [Thursday 5/29 around 6pm don't know his name). He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location. The other young man working there was also very nice and helpful.”
“No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”
