Was evicted to see a store in Marlton NJ however when we walked in no associates said hi or offered help and we were the only ones there. Somebody followed us around and made us uncomfortable.

Went in to shop with my girlfriend. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will recommend and will be back to shop.

I want to like shopping here because I love Madewell itself, but I cannot get past the employees who will look you directly in your face and not speak, specifically the two younger women. It’s really sad because there’s another employee with gray/white hair and glasses who goes out of her way to be friendly and welcoming, but when she’s not around the atmosphere in the store is not my vibe. If it weren’t for the fact that there are no other Madewells in our area, I wouldn’t shop there. Saying hello is bare minimum customer service. Do better.

I came to Madewell in a fluster, trying to find an outfit for graduation. The staff there was beyond friendly and helpful. Collate helped me the entire time and felt like my fairy godmother. I can't recommend this store enough!

Very clean store. I work for Nordstrom and we sell this brand. However, I noticed a few minor things, the merchandising and sizing of products on display needs to be worked on. They should also be little more size inclusive. Other than that, will definitely be back.

The one Madewell employee, Donna, was beyond helpful! She helped me find my correct size in jeans and was super nice when answering all my questions. Thanks Donna!

While I do love the quality of their jeans, the middle aged blonde woman attempting to "assist" me came off condescending and 2-faced as if she didn't believe the size I was looking for. She left every comment open ended as if it was nice but at the same time questioning me. Did not feel welcome and their clothing options were overpriced Old Navy quality. I'll stick to Anthro across the way.

Most of the people working here are super friendly. I did encounter a manager today who wasn’t super kind though. She spoke down to me for no reason.

I have been to this location multiple times since they have opened and have always left with a satisfying experience. The staff is super helpful and spent lots of time educating me on the perfect denim for my body type. The manager is so sweet and accommodating to the stores clientele. Will be returning :)
