Waiting almost an hour and a half at Jefferson Neurology Marlton for a patient to be seen. Questioned why. No explanation. Unprofessional.

The receptionists are always nice and helpful and Dr. Matthew Gettings is the best doctor ever. His bedside manner is amazing and he is very caring and informative. Highly recommended

I absolutely love this doctors office. I switched offices at least 4 times, including other Jefferson Health offices before landing at this one because it's the best. I am always grateful for their compassionate and humane care, especially Dr. Johnstone, he's the best. If you're reconsidering switching doctor offices then I highly recommend looking into this Marlton Jefferson Health facility.

My recent experience here was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was seen on time for my appointment. Dr. Gettings listens well and really cares about his patients.

I got my first appointment with Dr. Jennifer Abraczinskas. Even though I went 15 min early prior to my appointment they made me wait for 45 min. I gave a chance and waited there. After few min they said she is running behind and I have to wait more than 45 min to an hour. As a new patient it was not a good experience. Very disappointing.

I am a new patient at this location and my PCP, Dr. Phakey is amazing! He's kind, extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job of providing medical conditions and terminology in layman's terms.

They do not answer the phone or give you a chance to leave a message! Plus this is during Covid and some of the office staff are not even wearing masks in spite of continued mask mandates in effect for New Jersey. Don't go here if you can help it!

I recommend staying away from this office. They have really restructured since prior doctors have left. I have a few family members that go there and feel the same way. They have become in it just for the money. They will forget your medication and you will have to beg and chase between pharmacy and “whoever” is in charge over there. When you do your 3 month visits, they will ask you if you’re here for your medicine refills. The MA will check your blood pressure, ask if your still on medication that you took 4 years ago for a cold ??♂️. Yet the Doctor will not check your vitals as prior doctor did. They just want your $25 and make sure your alive. If you want a doctor that has passion and care for you as a patient. Do your research as this is just not that place.

The receptionists who work there appeared to be biased and the doctors who work there are inexperienced. One of them recommended a colonoscopy without thorough examination firsthand. Any and all forms of discrimination should be outlawed in this place.
