I was with IO from January of 2019 to September of 2021. I've had t he pleasure to experience the staff for nearly 3 years.My entire experience was very pleasant prior to the newer owner, Mark Fogelman, taking over. Mid to late 2021 was a very bad experience.The first few month with Mark was fine. In July of 2021, a new IO client had joined. We both work in the same (healthcare education) industry. Previously the manager who I had worked with had agreed in writing that they would not bring in a competing business.Mark disregarded that agreement through email. Following in the next few months, this new client had begun to turn away my students at the door. We complained to Mark who then threatened to terminate our agreement citing that they do not deal with client to client disputes. Mark also explained on the phone that he couldn't turn down the money from the new client (they were renting a very large office, where I was renting conference rooms at evening/off hours).The new client began to follow me when I packed my belongings to leave. In fact, I purchased pepper spray and a body camera to record it. I still have the video footage of the other client following me out the building every night I was there. Mark didn't want to hear about it - he doesn't deal with client to client disputes.Mark's claimed that what we experience was not true - and he insinuated we were lying. He would not handle the situation.We did address the tort situation with an attorney, who during discovery found that this other client had a few pending lawsuits against him and found that he had a violent weapons charge. ( I also have proof ) We ended up sending a few cease and desists letters to the other client and that seemed to have cleaned the situation up.When it came time to renew our lease, Mark decided it was best to get us out of there. He offered an unreasonable 260% increase on our lease agreement and added additional limitations to our agreement.We didn't stay. I've had numerous business leases - I have 3 business locations. Mark's was intentionally unreasonable.I cannot comment on other the services they offer - I did not use them for phone or anything else. The staff members were pleasant. Mark was also nice and pleasant in person prior to these issues.Just be wary, they had and probably still have a person with a violent weapons charge renting from them. I wouldn't stay after hours.

IO Marlton has gone above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied tenant. I can go on and on but, to provide a more concise review, they 1) demonstrated innovative ways to ensure my satisfaction 2) provided multiple options to work within my budget 3) kept the kitchen area clean (a pet peave) with fresh coffee and condiments daily and finally 4) quickly responded to all my concerns which were minimal but it was their speed that was most impressive.As someone who’s worked in various high-level positions, Customer service has always been a focus for me and this office was the best choice as the first choice.Mr. Fogelman and the entire Marlton IO team are amazing! If you’re searching for the ideal office, the buck stops here. You won’t regret it! They have over delivered on value.
