“Michael B. and his boss were amazing. We bought a battery from AAA almost 3 years ago to the day, and it was not holding a charge anymore. I charged it with an external battery charger and drove it in to have it tested for the warranty. Unfortunately my external charging made it so the battery passed their automated tested but when I explained what I did they looked at the numbers more closely and agreed the battery was no longer healthy and honored the warranty for me instead of me having to come back with it dead or closer to and then having to fight to get it fully covered. They didn’t technically have to do that for me, but because they did I’ll be bringing more work to them and recommending to others. It’s that type of personal care that makes a business worth supporting and why I’m writing this review!”
