I was motivated to leave this review for Keith and Andy. Keith was beyond patient with me and looked through a whole days of transactions to find my transaction. I just had to give him the credit card I used. He sat there for 10 minutes looking for it and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time. I felt bad so I even said “if you can’t find it’s fine, I feel bad” and he responded “we’ll make it right don’t worry”. Amazing customer service. This alone makes customers want to come back. Absolutely love this location. It’s next to my favorite market too Sprouts farming. They have so many outstanding deals and really high quality products. Bought lots of my cookware from here and decorations for kitchen and living room.

Got scammed at the register and he signed me up for a credit card not telling me it was a credit card and that it was just a store card to get bonuses. Had to cancel it immediately. Terrible service

Called and looked online to find out the hours which were 9 a.m. til 9:30 p m. Associate opened the door let us in at 9:30. Me and my daughter were shopping had several things in our basket them at 9:45 an associate came up to us and explained that they were conducting physical inventory and that the store was closed for another 10 minutes. Why did the associate who unlocked the door let us in for us to be walking around shopping for 15 minutes before telling us to leave the store and come back in 10 minutes. We left our cart there and walked out. You lost two sales from this poor planning. Terrible customer service.

Best home goods I’ve been to. They have more options than other places. Not too much on clearance. But I enjoyed many options. Good location too.

We attempted to go shopping at the Home Goods in Marlton, but the store was in complete disarray. It was around 7 pm on a weekday and there was stuff just thrown EVERYWHERE. On top of that, while looking for sheets, we picked up a set of sheets that wreaked of smoke and marijuana. It was clearly a returned pair of sheets that definitely should have not been excepted as a return. I used to shop here frequently, but after today, I don’t think I can go back. Management really needs to check in on the condition of this store.

Was at this location one evening last week and had a great experience. Always love HomeGoods merchandise but sometimes service not great. But the staff, on the floor, and at check out were very helpful and efficient

Thank you Eve and Sophia! The team at this store is FANTASTIC. I misplaced both my phone and an incredibly sentimental personal item while shopping. In a store full of things, to be able to locate not one but both items was more than I could hope for, yet it happened and I'm beyond grateful. :-) :-)

This is probably the nicest homegoods I have been to in NJ. Huge selection of seasonal items. They also had a whole display for Diwali which I had never seen before. The store was very tidy and it was easy to navigate. The check out line had many registers open and moved quickly. I will be back!
