“i was “greeted” by Betty telling me i had an over due balance - i got a new card but didn’t have the physical card on me. Betty was so nasty to me and insinuated i couldn’t work out. so i didn’t wanna argue and said i’d leave. as i’m leaving my hand got caught in the door and RIPPED my nails off, i was bleeding and so hurt. she comes in the bathroom and starts scolding me and saying it’s cause i have long nails and need a better nail tech. what kind of professionalism is this ? she was so nasty and so rude. literally ruined my day. i’ve had the same nail tech for YEARS. and they never ripped off the way they did in front of her. her energy threw my whole day off. the only person who made me feel better about the situation was Nick. he was so extremely understanding and nice. i don’t like writing negative reviews but man what an awful experience.”

“Been a member for several years. The owner is a good dude who will work with you if you run into any membership or access problems. Some worn equipment would benefit from some TLC but it’s a great facility nonetheless! I recommend.”
