I can not say enough great things about Joe, his team, and Evesham mortgage. They gave me a blue print to increase my score by 46 points and qualified me for a conventional loan with a $15,000 down payment grant! They walked me through the whole process seamlessly and I would definitely work with them again.

As a first time home buyer, my boyfriend and I were virtually clueless about the process. Evesham Mortgage were wonderful in working with us through each step of the way and walked us through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand and follow. They kept us updated the entire time and were constantly in communication with us. We had such a great experience working with Evesham Mortgage and we were even able to close earlier than expected due to their help and diligence! I truly cannot recommend them enough!

As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing. Robert Kelley and his team were wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. They were always available and quick to respond when I emailed from an open house even on a weekend. Their website and app are very easy to use and find all relevant documents. Everything went so smoothly that we thought we were missing steps. I would highly recommend Evesham Mortgage.

I used evesham for a home that fell through over a year ago. I took a year off and ended up switching to a lender that offered better rates and availability. (This is no exaggerating) After I told Joe Cordova i switched, I got a series of rude emails from him saying how he didn't respect me and doesn't want to work with anyone affiliated with me.. I actually took the higher road and apologized that it didn't work out but in reality I don't owe him or evesham an apology for doing what's best for me and my family. After that it was obvious this company only cares about making money off of you. They're unprofessional and rude. Theyre the used car sales men of the mortgage industry. I would not recommend using them. There's way better options that offer better rates and are way more professional.Take it for what it's worth.
