Awful experience with them. After selling me a defective part, I returned it and they said they did their own test and it is not leaking. I KNOW 100% it was in fact leaking. We are now about to battle them full on to get our refund. Would recommend just ordering from someone who can get you a good part and actually stand behind their product.

We (Boro Collision) have been using Empire for at least a decade. WE find the service second to none, painless returns, always on top of everything. WE have had a couple of MAJOR warranty claims that were taken care of in full within days, thankfully. All the phone staff, managers, and drivers are respectful and polite. I dont really see where there is negative reviews, we have never had an issue.

Very poor customer service , the lady that thinks she is a man is very rude . Wouldn’t recommend doing business with these people . Very poor rating due to how they conduct themselves and their business ..

THEY HAVE THE WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE IN THE INDUSTRY . EVERY OTHER AFTER MARKET COMPANY IS GROWING AND THEY AREN"T EVEN TRYING TO COMPETE . CASH IS ALL THEY EXCEPT WHY IS THAT ? I WONDER HOW MUCH THEY ARE REPORTING TO IRS NONE IM SURE ... GOOD LUCK ALWAYS BEING IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR OF THE GROWING AFTERMARKET COMPANIES . IT REALLY SUCKS FOR THE DRIVERS THAT ARE REALLY NICE GUYS ....

People at this company are rude beyond belief and the drives they hire also are very disrespectful. So look somewhere else if you want parts.
