First class great team caring compassionate on the work they do on your vehicle the time they spent with you to explain in detail the work that is going to be done the price before they start any work on your vehicle and make you feel at ease and at home like family. Their prices are competitive their parts are original and Elkins family care about their customers from day one. So be smart with your car and take it to Elkins and tell them that Papa comuso sent you.

Very disappointed! I brought my 2022 Chevy Silverado in that I have on a lease. I have obvious problems with the transmission that I was noticing for a few weeks and was getting worse. I brought my truck in and left for the night. When I went back the next day I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong and charged me for diagnostic tests. I still have the same problems with truck.

Excellent customer service. When I called to schedule an oil change and recall issues I was told parts need to be ordered due to auto strike, I totally understand. When I arrived for the oil change they told me they had the parts and they could complete today. Originally I was going to wait, they offered me a ride home and back when it was ready. They took good care of me and had Excellent communication all the way through.

Worked for the company and such very bipolar management, Adam. They are a consumer profiling establishment. They had few cars stolen this month and looked towards the new Black African American sales consultant as if I had a hand in it. But to be clear they had other stolen off their property way before I started working there. So maybe they should start looking at their own kind, if you know what I mean. It's sad that I live right in Marlton and was offered a job as sale consultant and was let go for helping a African American couple which was past off to me cause another co-worker which was not African American, past off cause maybe or maybe not profiled himself. But the the manger which carries the family name (Elkins) did not want to hear the outcome of my side. All the couple wanted to do if see, sit & start a never Corvette up. Where's the harm in that in the automotive business? But all Adam was concerned bout them siting in a $20,000 marked over sticker Corvette. So pretty much he's saying without saying African Americans can afford that vehicle. But let's be clears I've had 100k vehicles and driving a $90,000 msrp vehicle and live right here in Marlton, NJ. Hope people sees and read this before stopping in and making there next purchase.Just the beginning

I made an appointment to see the Discontinued Chevy Spark. Upon my arrival the salesman Michael was very helpful and sat down with me and told me that he would sell me the car for 18.8K then he comes back with the finance manager about 10 minutes later who said that we needed to pay $20,500 for the car. The car was marked at 22,000 but I had done my research and I knew that the MSRP for the car was only around 16 to 17,000. It is also a 2022 and it's the end of the year so I know that most car dealers are trying to get those cars off the lot to make space for the 2023 models. He told me that they marked the cars up $3000 or more because of the current economy, and because of the current market, if they didn't mark it up that much that people would come down from the New York car lots and buy all their cars and sell them at auction and make a profit. I explain to him that I wasn't coming from New York and I was just looking for a daily commuter. He refused to give me for what the car was actually worth, and told me that it was not going to be an easy car to find, and they were probably only two in the area. Upon further investigation, they were actually 54 in the exact same model and color. I drove to the Chevrolet dealer in Bridgeton New Jersey and they sold me the car for 18,600 MSRP plus they gave me an 84 month/100k miles warranty, one year of OnStar for free, and it was a higher Trim than the one I looked for in Marlton. In conclusion, make sure you do your shopping and do not let finance managers bully you into taking a bad deal. I did my research, and even upon showing him what I found on the Chevrolets website, he was not willing to budge or be respectful. I believe he only treating me this way, because I was a woman. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again. Bob Novak in Bridgeton will get my business for many years to come because of how amazing his salesman, Gary was and he's finance manager was. Being accommodating and helping people get the best deal in this economy is worth far more than screwing someone and getting the commission, and having them never return again. I hope that'll be a lesson to the owners of this business.

Bought my 2017 chevy equinox here. Lori is great. However my car has a 151 certified point inspection. The sun roof was leaking bc the weather stripping was bad. I was so upset my car smelled like a swamp and the carpet under the driver's seat was soaked and stinky. I take it there bc they told me to bring it in I just bought the car 2 weeks prior. They proceed to try to charge me 1500 dollars to replace the weather stripping.... but literally just sold me a car that they marked off that they inspected that. Thank God I bought a car with that certified 151 point of inspection because they just wanted to rip me off. I walk in with it highlighted and they just casually oh okay... we will order the parts.. then at this point they don't like me anymore because I didn't want to be ripped off. It's pathetic how I just spent 30,000 on a vehicle and you tried to rip me off for your improper check of the inspection.Make sure to keep your papers people!!They did fix it but I could feel the awkwardness and the tone change in the man. Josh. Sorry to disappoint you but you aren't ripping me off like the other people.. anything for a buck right?Just sucks I had to dig into my things to prove this had to be covered, they were brushing it off. I'm still mad. I have 2 free oil changes with you and I'm not coming. I paid another place to change my oil. Might be d*** of me but stupid of you to make me feel that way where I don't want you having my business.***AND they refused to wash the carpet told me I had to do that ** my car wasn't even a month old something they didn't fix now I had to shampoo my carpets.. (I just wanted the driver side done where the water was coming from....)I don't want your service anymore, stop calling me.Don't treat me poorly and think it's okay. I wonder how many people you ripped off with you not checking those "certified" vehicles properly and then making them pay for it.

Great experience for my first car. I viewed the car online and got the car the same day. Overall a very easy process to get the car I wanted.
